
Easy enough reporting tools but not much customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have an issue (and the software does) you are on your own. I have multiple outstanding tickets, one is now almost one month old. A business cannot afford ignoring customers in a business that is usually running on a monthly schedule.
Update: Got someone responding to my ticket with a copy/paste answer and closed the ticket. The response was not even remotely connected to my question. This is clearly outsourced customer service with agents who lack knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
