Did the mistake of giving this business my money. I have multiple outstanding tickets, one is now almost one month old. A business cannot afford ignoring customers in a business that is usually running on a monthly schedule. Update: Got someone responding to my ticket with a copy/paste answer and closed the ticket. The response was not even remotely connected to my question. This is clearly outsourced customer service with agents who lack knowledge. **What problems is Raven Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy reporting, some basic SEO tools in a single package. Not even close to the industry standard tools though in accuracy. ### 2. We had paid up until 30th Jan and then Raventools charged my card after this date. **What problems is Raven Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assisting with site audit reports. ### 3. Aweful tools and worse UI. The keyword manager will delete some keywords and not others making management frustrating. The support only answered me when i mentioned refund and charge-back and was unable to grant a refund due to their policy even during their trial period. It was one of the worst SEO app experience I have had in my 20 years of web development experience! **Recommendations to others considering Raven Tools:** I have been using Raven off and on through the last 8 years, as far as I can tell the app continues to degrade in functionality. I would highly reccomend looking into more accurate and easier to use tools! **What problems is Raven Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are looking for a tool to check what keywords a page is ranking for and manage their performance. Raven Tools does not do this accurately! ### 4. Upgraded system broke. **What problems is Raven Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using this tool for 4 years now with no issues. Utilizing the system for monthly analytics reports for high level executives. Unfortunately, with the new update to their core system, it has broke our instance of Raven Tools and have been unable to access our instance for 3 months. The customer success team along with a few developers have been trying to solve this issue but with no success. They state that the bugs have been fixed but nothing has been fixed.
