What do you dislike about Raven Tools? If you have an issue (and the software does) you are on your own. I have multiple outstanding tickets, one is now almost one month old. A business cannot afford ignoring customers in a business that is usually running on a monthly schedule. Update: Got someone responding to my ticket with a copy/paste answer and closed the ticket.
