Bad and Late support. Racing big issues with the plugin.

What do you like best about Quill Forms?

QuillForms is the closest thing I've seen to Typeform. It's not as mature as Typeform, but it is in my opinion, the best value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quill Forms?

Support is a bit inneficient. I understand when a small company is behind a new product (seems to be the case here), and I'm fine with that, but I absolutely hate to be forced to use Facebook chat for support. Response time needs improvement as well,. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an awesome alternative to Typeform or Typebot, giving you control inside your WordPress in a better price.

The support team is very attentive and responds to requests very quickly, even making upgrades if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quill Forms?

The actual stage is already awesome. But i noticed some little bugs and reported to the the support team, and the fixed them hours later, or just some days. Never seen support like this before. Nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
