What do you like best about Qince?

One of the key features that impressed me is the software's ability to manage channel cost. The software provides detailed reports on the cost of each channel, enabling us to optimize our marketing efforts and allocate resources to the most effective channels.

After using this CRM software for some time, I must say that I am disappointed with the user interface and interaction design. What problems is Qince solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I mentioned before, it's a CRM software that has significantly increased the efficiency of our sales team and channel cost management. As an normal user, I feel that the age of the UI designer is relatively advanced and their aesthetic sense does not align with my own. It would be ideal if the design could be made customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
