Good work by the team at BetterBugs.io. It's fast, it's timely, and takes away a whole lot of trouble from my painstaking workflows. I'm a marketer and I work with websites and tools rigorously. Here's where BetterBugs has helped me:
1. Meetings & Long Slack Messages. If I had to explain an error or a chart or anything for that matter, it took a 30-min call which ended with a lot of questions and opinions. Now, I can just hit RECORD and scribble stuff that I want to show. Similarly, I don't have to explain anything via long Slack text bricks since visual aid does the job.
2. DEV Logs. Many-a-times, my fellow engineering colleagues can't reproduce the same bug that I encounter. That's bcoz I sometimes check it in incognito or I may have not cleared my cache.. there are plenty many reasons. Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. This tool is solving far many problems in my workflow and it just fits perfectly into my routine. Sure, I have seen it glitch and perform a little weird at times but that's just some minor issues which the team gets resolved in a matter of hours.
