What do you like best about BetterBugs?

I really appreciate the ease of making the developer understand what the issue is using BetterBugs. It's the main highlight for me because the screen recording feature allows me to communicate bugs during runtime effectively. Plus, the inclusion of developer tools like console logs, network logs, and metadata right when the bug is reported is incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterBugs?

I do think they are still figuring out the new feature, like the mobile SDK. It will be really helpful for mobile testing for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
