Loved the customer service! The entire team worked very hard to make sure that the product met our needs. Our church uses it all of the time!

Had trouble getting the Service Worker file to work at the beginning. After that, everything ran very smoothly!

**What do you like best about PushEngage?**

Almost nothing. Once upon a time, their service is very good, nowadays it's just overpriced. delayed messages is another problem.

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

Prices. Increased to infinity. I can get the same service for free now. When using PushEngage, I was paying 39 bucks per month.
Also, just checked the last 5 notifications, only 1 of them sent on time it seems. other for delayed for 1 to 5 minutes.

**What problems is PushEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With their help, we were increasing our user engagement, but after a while, subscriber count increased to ridiculous numbers, clicked messages stayed at the same level.
Finally we got tired and deleted almost 90% of our users. Not much changed...

Lots of great features, their team has really thought ahead on everything we were looking for, couldn't be happier!!

Honestly nothing at this point. We're still working on setting up all of the notifications but thus far there hasn't been one issue come up that we couldn't get a quick reply out of their customer service people on.

Obviously you need to check options but if PushEngage will work for you, you won't be disappointed!!

We were looking for an edge over other job boards. We know we have the freshest jobs but with the attribute features offered by PushEngage, and their ease of installation, it's exactly what we wanted.

**What do you like best about PushEngage?**

PushEngage provides a no-headache, straightforward solution for engaging your website visitors with web push messages.  There are a good variety of options available, so you can customize how your messages are presented, utilizing the latest of what the major browsers allow.  The cost is reasonable, the analytics are what you would want to see, and they're always making improvements to the interface and product.  

The staff is extremely helpful also.  Always quick to help when I have questions, and even reaching out to see if they can help find new ways to improve how I'm using the tool. 

Overall it has been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the product to anyone with a medium to large volume of site visitors.

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

Drip messaging capabilities only offered in the more expensive plans.

We wanted a web push messaging campaign that was essentially set-up-and-forget.  And we were able to do just that.

PushEngage allows you to stay in contact with your website visitors to notify them of new content or to send customized notifications based on your website visitor's behavior or stage in the buying process. The average consumer requires 7-10 pieces of content before making a purchase decision and PushEngage allows you to accelerate the sales process by delivering content consistently and when it matter most to the consumer.

I actually can't find much that I dislike.

I have solved the issue of staying in touch with my potential customers when they are not on my website and allows me to reach them on their mobile devices. This allows me to turn them into repeat visitors and ultimately helps first-time visitors into actively engaging in the purchase decision journey leading to more customers dripping through the sales funnel. In short, more customers, more revenue.

I'm not the most tech-techy person, but the support was extremely friendly & helpful when helping me get setup.

Their pricing plans are also great too, allowing you to test the tool first before making a decision.

Nothing really, I found the installation process a little confusing, but their support helped me with it.

Other than that, there really wasn't anything.

Although it can be hard to set up, the support can help you with that.

As an a blog, their tool really helps me with reader/customer retention. 

Although, of course, I use email as well, Pushengage allows me to increase the chances of the reader returning to future posts.

This, of course, has a lot of value.

**What do you like best about PushEngage?**

PushEngage were instrumental in helping me integrate a PWA built in Angular 8 and Ionic 5 with their services. There were conflicts between the angular service worker and the PushEngage service worker but the team helped me resolve all of them. I found them to be very responsive and willing to admit when they didn't know how to do something, they were also relentless in their pursuit of a solution and achieved this with flying colours. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I found nothing about their service, tech or customer support to complain about. Their command of English is excellent and they are easy to work with.

Integrating PushEngage into an Angular app. It's still in development but we're confident it will improve member engagement with the PWA and help the client achieve their goals.

After using react.js we were not able to collect subscribers. During 10 days of struggle fixing the issue, we had a great customer support by Ayushi. Our e-mails were answered super promptly with all the details to be done for fix.

Subscribers numbers look pretty high, once you start sending notifications, half of it unsubscribes. I wasn't sure if this was a genuine customer behaviour.

We segment users depending on which airline page they land on and retarget them with automated notifications. We expect that it will help us with increasing our CVR.

I wasn't sure how to do what I needed to be done. When I asked for support they were there immediately and really went out of their way to help. Really first class!

There could be a few more "How to" documents. But with support like they have, they may not need them

We have been using push engage for good 3-4 months now. 
a.	The product is excellent. It has all the required features that are relevant across businesses of any scale. The audience segmentation and customized notifications can take your conversion rates to as high as 8-10%.
b.	The team is highly adaptive and customer-centric. This is one of the best customer experiences we have ever observed.

I won't say that I would dislike anything. However, there are growth areas from the product side which would enhance the productivity and customer experience more.

PushEngage is a new traffic source that actually converts. It has great customer support for setting it up, and even the founder/CEO came by our office in Amsterdam to help us with some special requests.

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

A little development improvement would be the HTML fonts/formatting that sometimes copies with text into forms/boxes. But this could easily be fixed very soon, because the platform is evolving fast.

**What problems is PushEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's hard to find new traffic sources that actually covert into sales. Sending out push-notifications was a pleasant surprise last year because its very affective in terms of time spend, and also converting really well.

With PushEngage it takes very little effort to create notifications; the new subscriber opt-in rate and also click-trough rates are very good.  On top it is leading to additional conversions. So for us its competing nicely with our e-mail marketing efforts.

Push Engage is a tool that has been with us for a long time and has helped us a lot in capturing sales with immediacy aimed at specific offers of short duration or availability. It is a very good tool to reach an audience that we did not reach before and to achieve more immediate sales.
It is a flexible tool and the customer service is very attentive and gives us good support.

I like the real-time or scheduled sending feature. The effect is even better. I like the feature that allows you to send as much as you want to subscribers. Even if you make a payment, it is automatically deducted, and I appreciate the trust and honesty.

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

I haven't found any drawbacks yet. However, it would be nice to have a feature that allows you to copy and send the content sent the previous day all at once the next day. There is no inconvenience in using it.

Very usefull tool for a media site and editorial teams - providing good stats. Whenever we contacted the customer team, we got quick and very helpfull feedback. Very good!

Cleanig up your inactive subscribers is only possible once a month -  would be nice to be able to do this more often

Check monthly, which users are not active any more or not clicking - otherwise the costs are rising - but you still get the same number of traffic /clicks.

It is easy to create custom push notifications including headlines, links & photos.

The billing appears mysterious at times, but they have always followed through with what they have said via email.

One big pain point was recently solved -- the ability to scrub the list ourselves.  Up until this change last month, we had to contact PE and have someone there complete this task.  Now we are able to scrub the list regularly for people who aren't interacting with it.

I love that I can keep lots of notifications in draft, and schedule them out. I can see the stats on each one and check performance metrics easily on my dashboard.

Support is very fast, and very helpful.

I'd like the option to clean my list! I dislike having to ask for that to happen.

**What do you like best about PushEngage?**

Even though pricing was the main reason for us to migrate from Onesignal to Pushengage. Now we see more benefits of it. i.e. Every time we need help with push notifications the support and account manager is there to help immediately. 
We also see a higher traffick from push notifications by 5-10% than we did with Onesignal. 

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

Cleanup of inactive subs could be faster/more often.

The pricing is great. Support is very fast, deliverablity is great.

As a news publisher we send 20-30 pushes a day. This helps us inform and segment the users. It also helps to keep our traffic.

The Segmentation - just a bit, instead of having to click on two different options, it would be easier if I:
1. Name the segment
2. Then create the segment

Our problem was not being able to reach our subscribers via email, due to some deliverability issues. PushEngage helped us get those customers to return to us and complete their order. Cart abandoned notifications are the best.

Frankly the thing I liked most about the site,It is a service to inquire, clarify and solve problems that any developer may face via direct messaging Which I liked a lot, in terms of how to deal ,I also did not forget, the simple interface of the site in terms of work The site is devoid of complicated pages, so any simple person can handle it I do not forget too, the speed of sending out alerts, believe me not only take a few seconds This thing impressed me a lot On the one hand Competing with other sites, at the speed of bringing visitors 
Also the notification form is dazzling, both in the phone and the computer,It gives many design and shapes, for how the notification appears, All this for free With the upgrade option which gives many advantages
I mean from the latter the site is legendary and there is no one to compete with it

PushEngage has an intuitive interface, great features, and reasonable pricing. I love the feature to include an image in the notifications, and ability to schedule ahead. The customer service is also great, and the team answers questions quickly via chat.

It would be great to prune inactive subscribers myself from the interface. But, this is minor and the team is happy to do it for me when I ask.

The reason why a lot of users over any similar service,  PushEngage is one of the popular quality Push Notification service that offers a huge 2500 Free active subscribers. This is huge compared to any similar services like PushCrew.

It works almost on all modern browsers like Google Chrome, Safar, Firefox, etc. 

**What do you dislike about PushEngage?**

One of the things I dislike on PushEngage is their dashboard looks a bit confusing if you are new to the service. You might search a lot to find the Tracking to add to your blog or website.

**Recommendations to others considering PushEngage:**

Better to create an easy navigation within the user dashboard. Also, add Chrome for Mobile push notification service. I think it is still not implemented.  Otherwise, PushEngage service is perfect.

**What problems is PushEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's free to use and a premium plan is cheap compared to similar services. Their PRO plan lets you add up to 10K subscribers and it can be shared with 2 sites. This is really cool.

**What do you like best about PushEngage?**

Have been looking for a push notification service for my award-winning blog "ShoutMeLoud" and discovered PushEngage. They had a free trial so I quickly signed up for it, and it took just 10 minutes to setup everything. 

Since my blog is WordPress, the integration was super fast with the plugin.  The fine stuff I liked about PushEngage is, they are innovative and they are bringing all the power of email marketing into push notifications.

Absolutely love Push Engage! It's been very easy to use, and there's a lot of available support from their team if you need assistance. We've seen click through rates as high as 17.8% from the push notifications we're sending. Would highly recommend PushEngage.
