Prices. Increased to infinity. I can get the same service for free now. When using PushEngage, I was paying 39 bucks per month. Also, just checked the last 5 notifications, only 1 of them sent on time it seems. other for delayed for 1 to 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. With their help, we were increasing our user engagement, but after a while, subscriber count increased to ridiculous numbers, clicked messages stayed at the same level.
