## Pulsetic Reviews
  ### 1. Great features and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry S. | Technical Innovations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I like the fact that there's a free plan.
Keyword monitoring is a great feature.
It's easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Free plan has a limit on 10 monitors, but it's still pretty useful.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it to alert of any website downtime. I haven't had any downtime yet though, but I am confident it will do a good job.

  ### 2. Generous Free Pricing Plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nilava C. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It has very generous Free Pricing along with a Custom Domain for the status page with no added cost.
Its easy to use. With good enough alerting options on downtime.
Status Badges was also something new and seemed unique.

Great number of check locations available which was a bonus. Especially India location being enabled. Which is missing in most status check solutions.

Would recommend for sure to be used in enterprise also!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The Status Page should allow some more customization. It lacks any templates. There's only 1 predefined template.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had issues where my Wordpress Store/Website went down due to a plugin having vulnerability. I was unaware of it for days.
This is exactly where Pulsetic came in. Allowing me to monitor any downtime within 5 mins and get alerted for the same.

  ### 3. Very good for monitoring servers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Support and Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic is very simple to use and has helped us monitor our website downtimes and act accordingly. We switched over from our old monitoring system just a month ago. We are impressed so far.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

We have not encoutered any issues as of yet - as mentioned we are happy with the service so far.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manually monitor our servers and websites, however Pulsetic has removed that burden for us and freed up time which we were losing in doing this.

  ### 4. Moved from UptimeRobot With No Regrets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

We recently made the switch from UptimeRobot and couldn't be happier. We haven't had to use support for any major issues so far, but I did have to contact them regarding some external notifications and they responded quickly (much faster than any response I've received from UptimeRobot). I would say you get way more bang for your buck as far as features and abilities go compared to some of the alternatives out there. Very pleased with the product!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Would be nice to have a default list of monitor locations we would prefer to use when creating new monitors. Right now, we have to go in and change the locations they default to for every addition. A minor annoyance, but would be nice to see this.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic helps us with monitoring websites and certain servers and allows us to setup external notifications and SMS alerts.

  ### 5. Effective and timely monitoring for our school district

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

One of the things I tasked myself with as I took on my new role of Director of Technology was to create more efficient workflows for my team. Consolidating our monitoring into one solution was an easy way to do that. Pulsetic has provided an easy to use and quick to master interface with plenty of options for monitoring not only websites but also certificates. Very pleased so far.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

So far, the only downside is that I haven't had enough time to dive into all of the great features offered.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team would only be notified of an outage after a teacher or staff member attempted to access that particular website. Now we receive timely updates through email or text which we can then send out to staff and make them aware of outages well in time.

  ### 6. Best Status page for our Non-profit organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giacomo O. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

With Pulsetic, our non-profit organization now has an updated and clear status page. Users can easly find the reachability of our services in the past 90 days, and the support team is notified whenever a site is down for whatever reason.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

As a non-profit organization, we cannot locate so much budget on this kind of services, so we have to use the free version, that still is pretty complete.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

alerts our team in case of a monitor goes down
let the users know the affidability of our system

  ### 7. Best uptime monitor ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauro P. | Media buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic is very easy to work with. Creating a monitor takes no more than 5 seconds and the peace of mind of knowing that your sites are being monitored is well worth it.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

So far I've had no problems or dissatisfaction with the tool.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitors clients' websites. When one of them stops working, we let them know and check if we need to stop displaying the ads.

  ### 8. Reliable uptime monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paolo G. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Simple and easy to use interface. Quick and immediate configuration

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The procedure for changing settings after configuring a monitor is not very practical

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monitor downtime internet connection

  ### 9. Great service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stesha R. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It's reliable, easy to use, and you can't beat the price. We switchd from another service and have been really happy! We use this service every day and we needed something reliable for our clients. It's painfully easy to integrate with one of our clients websites and easy to impliment too.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

We're happy with the service we're receiving so far, but I wish it was possible to setup a billing specific email address so that invoices arent sent to the same email that uptime notifications are directed to. We're an agency and we receive dozens of uptime notifications, so we realistically don't want our billing provider to be bombarded with those notifications. Sure, they can log in to access the invoices, but it would be nice to get them emailed with a PDF attached!

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a nightmare situation a few months ago with our old provider. The server we were leasing was failing, and all our client sites were going down at once. We purchased our own server rather than leasing it, and we switched to pulsetic during this time. We found the service to be more reliable and visually appealing than the old service.

  ### 10. Excellent Monitoring Tools!

  ### 12. Affordable url monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie T. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It does exactly what it needs to - monitors domains and alerts us if a URL is down or SSL certificate is missing.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The filtering could be better, but that's a small gripe.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letting us know when a website is down.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Maybe the most cost efficient solution on market. Also very easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Limited amount of monitors/pingers. But you can always buy some more.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerting and tracking downtime times.

  ### 14. Great monitoring tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian B. | Sys ops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I really like all the customization options they have for the status page. Very easy to use and configure.

I haven't found anything wrong so far. I've only been here for less than a month.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor our servers and provide clients with a status page.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I have had no concerns about this service during my current usage of it.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to downtime alerts, Pulsetic also offers an incident manager and beautiful status pages to keep my visitors informed about the status of my website. These features help to create a professional and transparent image for my business, as Ican easily communicate any issues and provide updates to my users.

Seems there is no app as well as it is not optimized for mobile usage.

Monitoring websites and ringing the alarm, when somethin is broken.

  ### 20. One of the best uptime monitor I've ever seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katorly K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I was searching through Google, looking for a free and neat uptime monitor. And I found Pulsetic and another service - Pulsetic outbeat that service for its beautifully crafted UI.

To be frank, I'm amazed by these features that Pulsetic's free plan provides, compared to other similar services:
- Custom domain
- Beautiful status page
- Status badge
- Schedule maintenance
- SSL monitoring
- Slack, Telegram alerts
- Custom request headers

What's more, when I found out that Pulsetic didn't automatically generate a SSL certificate for my status page, I sent an email to the support and they replied within less than one business day.

In general, I would recommend Pulsetic to my friends concerning all these features.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

There is only one thing problematic: Even when I set a custom domain for my status page, the page still loads very slowly (for about 30 seconds) when being visited from China. I have to use Cloudflare to proxy my domain to resolve that.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can receive timely alerts when my services are down on Telegram.

Plus, my users are able to see the service status by themselves so that they won't ask me again and again about what's going on when my service is down.

  ### 21. Performant, responsive Web app; generous free tier; gorgeous status pages

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manas C. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I started using Pulsetic when one of their competitors changed their terms of service. Pulsetic has wowed me with a performant, responsive Web app.

They also have a generous free tier, which is sufficient for most common use cases.

Pulsetic’s status pages are well-designed, and easy to customize.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

So far everything looks good, nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensures I have a third-party monitoring the uptime of a few servers I run on a VPS.

  ### 22. Great value for money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick K. | Cto, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Clean interface, good support, reliable infrastructure

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Needs HTTPS support on status pages, but otherwise none

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliability of sites

  ### 23. Easy-to-use website monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paolo I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I recently started using Pulsetic for website monitoring, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Thanks to its clean interface and dashboard, setting it up and adding websites is a breeze. One of the features I greatly appreciate is the option to receive alerts if any of the websites being monitored go down. It's become a great addition to my web care services. Also, the fact that pings aren't counted as traffic, which was a concern I had, is another huge plus. Overall, Pulsetic is a great tool, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of easy-to-use website monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It's been great so far.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my clients' websites goes down from time to time, and I always have to explain to them that it's a problem with the server, not the website. With this tool, I will be able to alert them as soon as the website goes down so that they can contact their hosting provider, and I will also be able to show them how often the website goes offline. Furthermore, I will be able to show them how my other clients' websites, especially those hosted with me, don't have this problem.

  ### 24. Bad software

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniels G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I like the monitoring system. It's good.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

This website is good, but it offers less than atlassasin statuspage or instatus. If they made more things for non-paying customers, it would be great.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website down alerts.

**Official Response from Andrian Valeanu:**

> Hi Daniels,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value our customers’ opinions and are always looking for ways to improve.

It seems your review focuses more on our pricing rather than the functionality of our service—did I understand that correctly?

We’d love to hear your thoughts on what features or improvements you’d like to see in our free plan. Your input helps us better serve our community.

Thank you again for sharing your perspective! We hope to continue improving and earning your trust.

Best regards,
Andrian

  ### 25. Works better than UptimeRobot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I used many years UptimeRobot, but when I started to use Couldflare some of the monitors failed for no reason. There wasn't any geoblocking or so. I don't have these problems Pulsetic and I like the fact that I can set the country of the request (paid plan).

As a customer I am not interested to submit bugs or play around. I just want to use a working service. Pulsetic fits my needs.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Looks like the status badge won't update on the dashboard when you don't reload the page. Not a big deal, but also not great. And this can be implemented so easily.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notification in case of downtimes.

  ### 26. Good exp with Pulsetic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel B. | Network admin, software dev, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Easy to use interface, simple and very straightforward, no false positive for now, good free tier to begin with.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Up to now, nothing, usefull tool for my needs even in free tier

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I delegate web monitor to them , fo star that's what I was looking for, "fire and forget".

  ### 27. Great service for keeping track of your sites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry P. | Editor & Publisher, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It's easy to use and you get a substantial number of monitors with the free version of the service. I moved over from freshping, which I found to be very confusingly integrated with their other services, and which they're provide no support for during the current rewrite.

Setting this up was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Nothing significant: My needs have been simple, so far, and I'm finding I get what I need without unnecessary overhead.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage some news sites, so I 'm looking for quick feedback when one of my sites is down.

  ### 28. Very good option for monitoring site uptime.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jesse g. | Design and Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Easy to use, very affordable, has unique features, and works. I even setup a webhook that alerts my Slack channel.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

As far as I can tell, everything is in good working order.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating website monitoring.

  ### 29. Very promising tool with great functions and sleek design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vojtech S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I've tried several monitoring tools and in the end, switched from another well established software over to Pulsetic with no regrets.

It won me over with sleek and intuitive interface, detailed statistics with option for exporting client reports, custom domain status pages, powerful integrations with webhooks and last but not least Telegram notifications!

I've also reached out to support with a few questions about the tool just to get them answered by Andrian literally within a few minutes. Very happy with the purchase and a pleasant onboarding experience!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The issues I was facing, such as malfunctioning tag options, or difficulting navigating connecting a Telegram notifications, were resolved in a matter of days by the team. Overall a good support experience.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliable and well designed platform with multiple notification options to monitor our projects uptime.

  ### 30. Ease of entry is top-notch.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchal M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic reminds me what solutions can be.
Simple to implement. Easy to understand. Integrations that work. While I had ZERO experience in site monitoring tools, I'm certain I won't need to explore additional options. I had multiple sites being monitored and connected to a few channels in virtually no time. A clean, intuitive layout made this novice feel like a pro!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I wish I could customize alert messaging to best fit my brabdomt without turning to a third party integrator.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can quickly verify server hiccups to improve response times. Additionally I can ensure the integrations we offer are always up for my clients.

  ### 31. Simple and easy to setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Good UX, simple display, quick configuration.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Configuring a simple ping on a server was not as easy as monitoring a website over HTTPS.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic helps us monitor our critical infrastructure and be alerted in real time if any service breaks down.

  ### 32. Perfect pingdom.com replacement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** johannes1080 . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

As a webhoster I need a strong and reliable monitoring solution for my clients. For years I went with pingdom, but they increased the prices to much, and a planchange would mean that I would loose all historical datas (showing our 99,99% performance) . That was a bumper. I looked since 2 years and compared other solutions again and again, but always some crucial feature was missing.
With crucial (for me) I mean
x) historical datas for long time (years)
x) SMS notifications
x) banners (for customersites)
x) and most important of all: enough probe servers.

Thats where pulsetic hit me, all what i needed was there. Working with it is total easy, and even better than with pingdom before. GUI is clear and fast, all important functions with few clicks available, and it has even more functions then pingdom (mass changes as example).
I`m very happy to have found it and can highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Nothing. Its perfect for my monitoring needs.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to have and show provable records about the online availability from our server and hosting services. I use it also the give my customers their own banner with their own website online times.

  ### 33. Moved from Uptime Robot - good experience overall.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

  ### 34. Website monitoring made easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Web Devloper, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I recently started using Pulsetic for my website monitoring services, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The sleek UI of Pulsetic makes it a breeze to add and edit websites for monitoring. I found myself effortlessly setting up monitoring for all my websites in no time!

With a wide range of monitoring options available, Pulsetic allows you to fine-tune your tests for optimal monitoring of your websites. The abundance of monitoring options ensures that you can customise your monitoring experience to suit your specific needs. The ability to monitor your websites every 30 seconds, while overkill for most, is a nice option to have!

While I personally mainly focus on a UK based audience, Pulsetic offers test locations from all around the world providing insights into the global performance of my websites.

The accuracy of the tests conducted by Pulsetic appears to be good (although a few random failures from specific location has confused me once or twice!). You can also set up public status pages if you need to share your status with customers.

Additionally, the availability of an API and integrations for common tools (Slack, Discord, etc) as well as SMS and emails for various alerting options is a huge bonus. The flexibility of being able to receive alerts in different ways adds another layer of convenience!

Pulsetic has exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a comprehensive and cost-effective website monitoring solution. Kudos to the Pulsetic team for their exceptional work!

Note: This review is from using the service for about 2 months.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

There isn't much not to like here, however while tagging each site test is a good way to organise all your websites, I would appreciate a better way to view an overview of all sites, maybe small site 'cards' or something to view all sites quickly without having to filter by tags.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring websites to make sure our portfolio is always available. Being alerted as soon as a problem has been detected.

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

We've tested a few options for our external web monitoring need, and I found Pulsetic to be the most easy to start with. From registering an account to have real alerts sent to our slack channel, everything took less than half an hour of time. I also like the fact that, it integrats with mutilple form of communication tools, where one could set up different channels to alert for different issues. We've also found that Pulsetic offers the most budget friendly pricing for our needs.

Pulsetic makes the management of my sites incredibly easy, and offers SMS integration. I can also add individual team members and isolate them to each site.

I greatly appreciate the modern UI and the reliability. Using the badges feature, they provide integration code I was able to modify to embed in Wordpress Dashboard panels as part of my service. Thus, clients have Uptime displayed to them both within the Dash and on their Status Page, allowing for either private or public viewing.
