I can easily see if it is a server problem or just a local problem if a site or sites go offline, which makes it easier to solve the problem (using groups helps with this). Yes, Uptime Robot works great, it does. The pricing point was just too high for us. Pulsetic does all that Uptime Robot did for us at a fraction of a cost. And Pulsetic goes beyond that. Customer service is really great and responsive. **What do you dislike about Pulsetic?** I'm missing a quick overview dashboard with sections like: - "Overall Uptime" showing stats for the past 24h, 7 days, 30 days - "Latest downtime" showing the latest downtime event - "Latest Events For All Monitors" (Pulsetic has something similar under "Notifications", but it's hidden and not as feature-like) - "Ongoing incidents" showing current down situation, if anything is down. This one is pretty crucial and should be shown at the top of all monitors IF something is down. I tried a few other competitors and run test, only Pulsetic was very accurate and had quick notifications, both for down websites, and expired SSL certificates. Besides, the setup is super easy. The looks of the status page is ok , and the app dashboard is pretty cool. **What do you dislike about Pulsetic?** Sometimes the Pulsetic bots are triggered somewhat too quick and I receive notification of a down website, that actually was not down , it was just not resposive to their bot for a few minutes for some reasons. Also for small business with one website, too bad you have to pay for the customization of the status page. I have a few client with 1 websites, that would be great to have the status page matching there brand image, but I get that you would not have all features on the free plan, and being forced to leave the pulsetic logo etc.. **What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring websites, if they are down or not, and if their SSL certificates are still valid.
