"Reliable uptime monitoring that reduces manual work"
What do you like best about Pulsetic?

Pulsetic has simplified our uptime monitoring significantly. We’ve fully automated uptime tracking and SLA reporting, which removed a lot of manual work from our monthly and annual reports. The automated downtime notifications (via Slack and email) help the team react quickly when something goes wrong. The tool is straightforward to set up and easy to use day to day. The API is especially valuable for us, as it allows us to use a dedicated health-check endpoint and integrate uptime data directly into our internal workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulsetic?

The pricing model could be more flexible around team access. Adding a small number of additional seats currently requires jumping to a higher plan, which feels disproportionate. It would also help to have better filtering and organization when reviewing a larger list of monitored domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
