Practice Pro is a great for small practices with multiple types of providers. SOAP notes can be customized based on the type of provider: physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy, etc. Practice Pro also offered convenient scheduling with online billpay, integrated with payment systems for 3rd party payers, integrated with a HEP platform, and maintained good HIPAA compliance for security of PHI. It was mid-level expensive compared to other all-in-one EHR systems and it did not allow for the creation of virtual programs. At the time I used it, it did not offer a telehealth system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
