SOAP notes can be customized based on the type of provider: physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy, etc. Practice Pro also offered convenient scheduling with online billpay, integrated with payment systems for 3rd party payers, integrated with a HEP platform, and maintained good HIPAA compliance for security of PHI. **What do you dislike about Practice Pro?** It was mid-level expensive compared to other all-in-one EHR systems and it did not allow for the creation of virtual programs. At the time I used it, it did not offer a telehealth system. **What problems is Practice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problems that Practice Pro solved for me at the time I used it was that it allowed me to offer multiple types of services: physical therapy, personal training, and massage therapy.
