**What do you like best about Practice Pro?**

Practice Pro is a great for small practices with multiple types of providers. SOAP notes can be customized based on the type of provider: physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy, etc. Practice Pro also offered convenient scheduling with online billpay, integrated with payment systems for 3rd party payers, integrated with a HEP platform, and maintained good HIPAA compliance for security of PHI.

**What do you dislike about Practice Pro?**

It was mid-level expensive compared to other all-in-one EHR systems and it did not allow for the creation of virtual programs. At the time I used it, it did not offer a telehealth system.

**What problems is Practice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems that Practice Pro solved for me at the time I used it was that it allowed me to offer multiple types of services: physical therapy, personal training, and massage therapy. It also integrated my billing for cash-pay services and 3rd party billing.

**What do you like best about Practice Pro?**

It is easy to use and also its implementation is not so hard. If any difficulties arise, Practice Pro has good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Practice Pro?**

Sometimes its price seems costly compared to other tools in the market, but what we get is worth paying some extra amount.

**What problems is Practice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling appointments and managing documents sometimes feel painful as we are already frustrated, but Practice Pro made it easy to manage all these things in one place.

**What do you like best about Practice Pro?**

It's is built exclusively for rehab therapy and designed for outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy practice. It's one of a kind.

**What do you dislike about Practice Pro?**

It's requires extensive staff training and the cost dependency on the contracts.

Best part is - it is fully integrated system that transform scheduling, reporting, documentation, billing, reports. 

Also it support Document daily notes and progress reports.

It's very handy and easy to use. It has better features like scheduling, documentation, pricing, telehealth, patient potential.

There is nothing to dislike about Practice Pro. Overall, it's better.

It helps to manage a better physical therapy system. It's a better ER management software. It makes life easier.

**What do you like best about Practice Pro?**

The concept of the site is new. We have doctors available online but this site is exclusively for physiotherapy.

**What do you dislike about Practice Pro?**

The implementation needs improvement. The site still needs a lot of improvement and should present its contents in a more organised manner.

It is solving the problem of making physiotherapy and its practitioners available online so that everyone has a good and easy reach to them.
