The tool is of immense help when it comes to creating an online product document. Its contextual help feature lets you add tooltips, popups and lightboxes to explain the complicated features and terminologies related to a product. Writing and editing content is a breeze with the MS Word-like editor it offers. You can even upload content, images and videos directly to the product document. There is nothing that I disliked strongly about the product. But yes, I would say its 15 days trial version is something I wasn’t satisfied with. I feel it’s too less time to understand a product.
