# Which Infor channel partners handle post-go-live support and customisation rather than stepping away after launch?

DigitalThinker (5.0) is best known for staying on past implementation, with one reviewer describing it monitoring their help desk tickets and covering the desk during leave. Small team, direct access, and reviewers note the informal model can let occasional items slip.

Copley Consulting Group (4.4) is best suited to ongoing customisation work, with reviewers citing form and function rework and continued involvement across upgrades. They would like clearer routes from end users to consultants.

Cipher Business Solutions (4.1) sits in the same category for teams wanting an Infor specialist on a continuing basis rather than per project.

We've used a smaller regional Infor partner that isn't on this list, and honestly direct access mattered more to us than firm size. Knowing exactly who to call made a real difference in the first few months after go live.
