All invoices are captured using SoftCo’s AI-powered data capture technology. The AI Matching engine handles 2-way and 3-way matching to align invoice data with purchase orders and goods receipt notes. SoftCoAP assigns non-PO invoices to an automatic general ledger and cost center through posting templates associated with suppliers. For recurring invoices, such as subscriptions, leasing, rent and utilities, invoices are automatically matched to the underlying contract PO, and AI Routing ensures invoices are sent to the correct approvers with minimal delay. Approval notifications and reminders ensure tasks are actioned efficiently, while the AI Assistant provides real-time guidance throughout the approval process via email or mobile. SoftCo SmartConnect integrates seamlessly with over 200 ERPs, including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Sage, and a wide range of industry-specific and bespoke systems. SmartConnect manages secure data exchange across finance, user, and payment data using modern APIs and standard data formats to ensure reliable, governed integration. SoftCoPay transforms payments from a cost center to a profit center by optimizing payments, earning rebates, reducing costs and mitigating payment risk. SoftCoPay streamlines payments into a single easy to use workflow regardless of payment type (card, ACH, or check). The analytics module within SoftCoP2P provides role-based dashboards for CFOs, finance leaders, and accounts payable teams, delivering real-time insight into spend, accruals, performance, and bottlenecks. AI-driven analytics reduce reliance on IT while supporting better decision-making. Optional modules include the SoftCo Supplier Portal and SoftCo Contract Management.
