"Mobile-First Convenience, But UI Needs Tweaks for Better Usability"
What do you like best about Privyr?

I appreciate the mobile-first approach, as it works really well. However, the desktop version is also important to me. Whenever I have access to a desktop, I always prefer to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Privyr?

On iOS, the buttons located at the top corners of the mobile screen are positioned too close to the edge. Once you put a case on your phone, these buttons become even more difficult to use, especially when performing repetitive tasks—they can be quite bothersome. Additionally, I would appreciate an easier way to identify customers who consistently remain unresponsive, such as those who do not open content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Privyr?

Privyr has quickly become part of my daily routine. I use it throughout the day to manage and follow up with leads from Facebook and my website, all from my phone. It was very easy to set up, and I was replying to new leads within minutes of signing up without needing any technical setup or training.

What stands out most is how fast and natural it feels. Leads show up instantly, and I can WhatsApp, call, or message them in one tap with personalised templates. It turns what used to be a manual, messy process into something effortless and consistent.

The new WhatsApp Monitoring feature has been a huge help for team visibility and follow-up tracking, and I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming WhatsApp automation tools that will make sequences and campaigns even easier to run.

Support has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, Privyr is simple, reliable, and built exactly for how modern sales teams work today. Highly recommend it to anyone who handles leads or clients through WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Privyr?

What do you like best about Privyr?

The integration feature is especially useful as it automatically add the contact details for me so I don't overlook anyone.

I appreciate how it helps me keep track of all my leads, making it easy to follow up.

Now, I don't have to worry about figuring out my daily tasks, since all my follow-ups are scheduled in Privyr. I simply check it each day to stay organised.

The service used to be great but the quality has declined significantly over the last few months, today I had no option but to deal with their AI, something I detest. The interface, once user-friendly, has now become cluttered and less intuitive. I have also encountered issues with accessing data due to server overloads, which is frustrating and hampers productivity. It feels like the service has regressed over the past year, which is disappointing given its previous reliability. What do you like best about Privyr?

I have been using Privyr for about 1.5 years to prospect my warm leads and follow up with them regularly via WhatsApp and phone calls, and I love how it simplifies these tasks for me. The setup process was incredibly straightforward, with an onboarding guide available right in the application that allowed me to get started in just three minutes by adding team members and connecting lead sources. I find the clutter-free interface of Privyr appealing as it focuses on essential features without overwhelming me, which is a refreshing change from other vendors I considered, like HubSpot and Pipedrive, whose functionalities were more than I needed. Privyr solves crucial problems for me by informing me who to follow up with, when to do so, and reminding me what to discuss, making it easier to stay organized. I particularly appreciate the Pages and Sequences features. Pages enable me to quickly build media-rich, personalized proposals for my prospects and notify me when they are viewed, which was a game-changer compared to previously flying blind regarding client engagement. Sequences streamline my typical 7-9 step follow-up process with prospects through its functionality, becoming my new favorite feature. I admire Privyr's commitment to regular updates, specifically the innovative features they continuously launch, such as automation, which shows their forward-thinking approach and convinces me to continue backing their product. Privyr's simple and intuitive nature alongside these powerful features dramatically enhances my workflow, and I feel confident recommending it, rating it a nine out of ten in terms of referability. "The best lead distribution platform I have come across"
What do you like best about Privyr?

The best thing I like abour privyr is that it allows to bridge the leads from major platform to your CRM in real time and that to free of cost. I have been running ads on facebook and Magic bricks and I have integrated the API in to my CRM. This helps the telecaller team to call the lead realtime and get the lead turn in to sale before the lead forgots that he had filled the enquiry form. The best part of Privyr is that the leads can be distributed to every team member equally in a round robbin fashion. I do not have any technical background but i was able to easily integrate the Facebook leads to the privyr platform and from privyr to my CRM platform. Its been now 5 months and i have not had a single issue with the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
