
I appreciate the mobile-first approach, as it works really well. However, the desktop version is also important to me. Whenever I have access to a desktop, I always prefer to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On iOS, the buttons located at the top corners of the mobile screen are positioned too close to the edge. Once you put a case on your phone, these buttons become even more difficult to use, especially when performing repetitive tasks—they can be quite bothersome. Additionally, I would appreciate an easier way to identify customers who consistently remain unresponsive, such as those who do not open content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
