**What do you like best about Privyr?**

I appreciate the mobile-first approach, as it works really well. However, the desktop version is also important to me. Whenever I have access to a desktop, I always prefer to use it.

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

On iOS, the buttons located at the top corners of the mobile screen are positioned too close to the edge. Once you put a case on your phone, these buttons become even more difficult to use, especially when performing repetitive tasks—they can be quite bothersome. Additionally, I would appreciate an easier way to identify customers who consistently remain unresponsive, such as those who do not open content.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Privyr, we often lost track of leads who were slow to respond, which is a frequent challenge in the real estate industry. Other CRMs proved too complex for our agents to adopt effectively. Privyr, however, has made it much easier for us to maintain consistent communication with most of our leads.

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

Privyr has quickly become part of my daily routine. I use it throughout the day to manage and follow up with leads from Facebook and my website, all from my phone. It was very easy to set up, and I was replying to new leads within minutes of signing up without needing any technical setup or training.

What stands out most is how fast and natural it feels. Leads show up instantly, and I can WhatsApp, call, or message them in one tap with personalised templates. It turns what used to be a manual, messy process into something effortless and consistent.

The new WhatsApp Monitoring feature has been a huge help for team visibility and follow-up tracking, and I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming WhatsApp automation tools that will make sequences and campaigns even easier to run.

Support has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, Privyr is simple, reliable, and built exactly for how modern sales teams work today. Highly recommend it to anyone who handles leads or clients through WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the app sometimes lags when handling very large lists, and the web version could use more advanced options for desktop-heavy users. But overall, the experience has been excellent.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Privyr helps me respond to leads instantly and stay on top of every follow-up without needing a complex CRM. Before using it, I was losing potential clients simply because it took too long to reply or keep track of conversations. Now, every lead from Facebook or my website comes straight to my phone, and I can WhatsApp or call them right away.

It also helps me organise all my leads, notes, and follow-ups in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. The reminders and templates make it easy to follow up consistently, and the new WhatsApp Monitoring feature has improved visibility across the team so everyone knows which leads are being handled.

Overall, Privyr solves the problem of slow or inconsistent lead follow-ups and makes it much easier to convert new inquiries into actual sales.

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

The integration feature is especially useful as it automatically add the contact details for me so I don't overlook anyone.

I appreciate how it helps me keep track of all my leads, making it easy to follow up.

Now, I don't have to worry about figuring out my daily tasks, since all my follow-ups are scheduled in Privyr. I simply check it each day to stay organised. 

When I had any challenges navigating the platform, I could also get support easily and responses were quick.

At the moment, I don't have any issues since it fulfills all of my needs.

This tool assists salespeople like me in keeping track of all our leads and provides reminders to follow up regularly, which is essential for closing deals.

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

I appreciate Privyr's simple and easy-to-use interface, which makes navigating the platform straightforward. I also find it beneficial that Privyr is accessible via both my mobile phone and a desktop version, ensuring that I can use it conveniently across different devices.

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

The service used to be great but the quality has declined significantly over the last few months, today I had no option but to deal with their AI, something I detest. The interface, once user-friendly, has now become cluttered and less intuitive. I have also encountered issues with accessing data due to server overloads, which is frustrating and hampers productivity. It feels like the service has regressed over the past year, which is disappointing given its previous reliability. Additionally, the onboarding process was complex when attempting to connect across two different accounts, which complicates the initial setup experience.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Privyr to easily connect with clients and access leads from Meta or LinkedIn, offering a variety of options directly from my phone.

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

I have been using Privyr for about 1.5 years to prospect my warm leads and follow up with them regularly via WhatsApp and phone calls, and I love how it simplifies these tasks for me. The setup process was incredibly straightforward, with an onboarding guide available right in the application that allowed me to get started in just three minutes by adding team members and connecting lead sources. I find the clutter-free interface of Privyr appealing as it focuses on essential features without overwhelming me, which is a refreshing change from other vendors I considered, like HubSpot and Pipedrive, whose functionalities were more than I needed. Privyr solves crucial problems for me by informing me who to follow up with, when to do so, and reminding me what to discuss, making it easier to stay organized. I particularly appreciate the Pages and Sequences features. Pages enable me to quickly build media-rich, personalized proposals for my prospects and notify me when they are viewed, which was a game-changer compared to previously flying blind regarding client engagement. Sequences streamline my typical 7-9 step follow-up process with prospects through its functionality, becoming my new favorite feature. I admire Privyr's commitment to regular updates, specifically the innovative features they continuously launch, such as automation, which shows their forward-thinking approach and convinces me to continue backing their product. Privyr's simple and intuitive nature alongside these powerful features dramatically enhances my workflow, and I feel confident recommending it, rating it a nine out of ten in terms of referability.

The Privyr team has supported us in numerous ways, particularly with the development of our CRM. Whenever we encounter an issue, they are always available to help.

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

While our aim is to enhance the quality of our CRM, we find that achieving this requires significant development and numerous requests, which may go beyond what Privyr can accommodate.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To enhance and elevate the quality of our CRM both internally and externally, Privyr has been a valuable tool. It provides templates that make it easier to contact leads, streamlining our communication process. Additionally, Privyr now offers monitoring capabilities for internal use. This means that accounts or team managers with the appropriate permissions can oversee activities and provide feedback when internal issues arise.

This product is clearly tailored for sales professionals, making tasks straightforward and well-organized. It simplifies the workflow, allowing everything to be managed with ease.

The level of transparency is too high for my liking; I feel like I can't keep anything private from my manager.

This tool makes it much easier to communicate with both prospects and customers. It helps me stay organised and follow up with leads more efficiently. I can also track how interested each prospect is, which is very useful. Additionally, it serves as a helpful reminder of the prospects I have already met.

Easy Interface, notifies when the client opens content, hassle free lead distribution to team, good thing you keep adding more and more features and make it more interesting!!

It is little expensive, prices should be less as the team increases.

Being a digital marketer and administration head in my company, Privyr is doing a lot for me, lead capturing from different sources, lead distribution, Outbound Call Tracking, content creation for leads, specially love the PAGES. !!

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

The best thing I like abour privyr is that it allows to bridge the leads from major platform to your CRM in real time and that to free of cost. I have been running ads on facebook and Magic bricks and I have integrated the API in to my CRM. This helps the telecaller team to call the lead realtime and get the lead turn in to sale before the lead forgots that he had filled the enquiry form. The best part of Privyr is that the leads can be distributed to every team member equally in a round robbin fashion.  I do not have any technical background  but i was able to easily integrate the Facebook leads to the privyr platform and from privyr to my CRM platform. Its been now 5 months and i have not had a single issue with the platform

There is nothing as such to be dislike about this platform but of course there is a scope of improvement.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Privyr acts as a real time bridge of transferring the leads from various sources to your CRM. The main objective of such platforms are that it helps us to tend to the customer's enquiry before he forgets about filling the inquiry form or lose interest.  Also the automatic distribution of the leads to every telecaller is also a game changer. I simply have to set it up one time and viola the platform works wonders without any glitch.

**What do you like best about Privyr?**

Privyr helped me to manage my leads coming from Facebook ads. The best thing about this tool is that it is very easy to set up and use, and the alerts I get on my phone whenever any leads I am getting from Facebook ads help me to connect with my prospects instantly. This significantly improves my conversion rate almost by double.

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

Privyr is one of the best CRMs for leads management that I've used, and it has all the features I need. The only downside  I have noticed is that their customer support response time is a little bit slow. Other than that, Privyr is an excellent choice for anyone looking to manage their leads effectively.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Privyr helps me to resolve the issue of contacts lost by decreasing the lead's contact time as we are getting leads notifications in real time. Instant alerts help my team to contact the leads and offer the services for which he is looking for.

Privyr saves the hassle of having to login to Ads Manager and download leads, and pings them straight to your phone so they can be responded to instantly!

**What do you dislike about Privyr?**

I haven't found any downsides of using Privyr so far.

**What problems is Privyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recommend Privyr to all my clients for their Lead Gen leads from Facebook, as many of them don't like having to dig around in the backend of Facebook Ads  Manager, so this works perfectly for them.
