They always are super helpful, provide great suggestions and ideas. Both Alicia and Jae are super professional, kind and patient. I can tell that they enjoy their jobs. I like how if I have a clarifying question about customer sourced orders, or shipping questions that the team is quick to respond and provide me with what I can expect. I love that Prinfection staff works with you and is incredibly helpful from start to finish. That partnership is invaluable. Not really a criticism, but it takes a little while to learn how to work in the Printfection platform. Anything new takes time to learn but I love that the platform has so many options, as simple as sending a card with our swag which our previous swag company did not have that capability. Printfrction works with us to get the best quality swag for our staff and customers! I can send items quickly and get reports on everything I need.
