Previous vendors only offered outdated, tedious processes of back and forth emails and drop shipping as an only option. Printfection not only offers quality items, they also go way beyond the average vendor via their integrated platform of inventory selection, storage, campaign types and even offer analytics. It's perfect for our remote environment as well since we have no main HQ to store anything. Also, their customer support is incredible - responsive, they send Loom videos instead of playing phone tag to describe their response, and very useful. **What do you dislike about Swag Pro (by Swag.com)?** Nothing that I have experienced yet.It did take me a minute to get used to navigating their site and I did contact support at the start but after a bit of practice it was super easy to remember how to navigate. **What problems is Swag Pro (by Swag.com) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their integrated platform is solving the "too many back and forth" and disparate processes typical for swag. They benefit us by their ease of use for a variety of needs we have for providing materials for conferences and events as well as employee/internal campaigns. And the cost for the monthly inventory SKU storage is the same as if we had to deal with that any other way with any other vendor. ### 19. I also like how Printfection sends confirmation emails, and which stage the swag is currently at, so everyone is always aware of when to expect their package. **What do you dislike about Swag Pro (by Swag.com)?** There aren't a lot of security measures put in place. This has resulted in others being able to place multiple orders. Without the security measures, the link can also get sent to non-employees, because anyone with a link and email address is able to redeem from Giveaway campaigns. We looked back through pricing and don’t see this as an expected expense. * Shipping costs- Much higher than expected and we want to use our shipping account numbers to get better prices. * Cost of goods- We recently priced out goods at different vendors and your prices are often higher across the board * Processing timelines- ** For art to be uploaded: this process is very clunky and not a great user experience ** For new items to be in stock or lack of flexibility in finding supply: Molasses slow, again we have checked this with a couple of vendors for comparison ** For proofs: This seems like an unnecessary delay.
