Powell adds basic upgrades to SharePoint native features. Your investment is better spent on a SharePoint expert than Powell widgets that need a lot of paid hours to get customized in the slightest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure what team others in this review section received, but we had a ton of customer support issues with the implementation team we worked with from Synergy. They gave us a basic product that required a lot of paid hours for any customization. We ended up paying a lot more than initially quoted on working hours that led to no real solutions. The Powell widgets look dated and wouldn't work as expected half of the time. Our internal team is much happier using our SharePoint intranet without the use of any Powell features.
