Powell allowed us to create LakouSARA, a vibrant intranet, colorful and 100% in our image. Gone is the institutional and static intranet: thanks to Powell, we were able to build a fun, modern space that is easy to evolve, with varied communication formats (podcasts, videos, quotes). Even the logo was created by a colleague through an internal contest — a strong symbol of the "created for us, by us" spirit that drives LakouSARA.

With Powell Intranet, we were able to launch the new intranet intended for more than 6,000 employees spread across various work environments (offices, airport terminals, and field teams). One of the major strengths of the solution is its ability to offer a simple and accessible experience, notably thanks to a fully responsive portal that can be accessed directly from professional phones. We also greatly appreciated the solution's ability to support a true adoption strategy. For the launch, we combined several formats: teaser videos, explanatory motion design, emailing, on-site displays, tutorials, and an exchange community. The gamification feature integrated into Powell also encouraged employees to explore the intranet and complete their profiles. Result: quick adoption and very positive feedback from the first weeks.

What we appreciate most about Powell is its ability to centralize information and tools in a single, simple, and ergonomic platform. As part of the PEPS project, born from the merger of several associations, Powell allowed us to create a common collaborative space to bring together collaborators around a shared work environment. Thanks to ready-to-use web parts, page templates, and the automation of certain components, we were able to quickly structure a clear and easy-to-maintain intranet, with more than 50 dedicated pages to organize information and simplify team contributions.
