## About POPcomms
POPcomms is a cloud-based content creation platform built specifically for sales and marketing teams to be able to create immersive, interactive experiences without coding or development. The experiences you create are: - Fully responsive, so will work on mobile all the way up to touchscreens and interactive video walls, great for reps on the road or at your tradeshows - Experiences work both online and offline so you never need to worry about having internet access at events or at a customers - There is a full management system for admins to be able to update any content in seconds which will be reflected in every experience being used out in the world - Any content a customer is interested in can be shared directly from the frontend experience, send customers PDFs or bespoke product configurations instantly - Full analytics are available so you can track every interaction or piece of content shared. This is also automatically posted to your CRM - Use interactive 3D models in your experiences, online and offline - With the click of a button you can duplicate an entire experience and then modify the content so you can have unlimited versions all with unique content. Ideal if you want to give channel partners their own sales experience or want multiple versions tailored to different tradeshow themes. POP also has an in-house creative team to help you build your first experience and then train you in creating and managing your own experiences. We are a Bristol, UK-based business with customers around the world working with Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare and Technology businesses from SME to Large Enterprise.

**What do you like best about POPcomms?**

The ease of use is spectacular. POPcomms allows us to showcase our full range of safety and security solutions in a professional, interactive way without needing to rely on printed materials. Having everything in one place makes it simple to walk buyers through different contracts and equipment options, which has made a huge difference on the trade show floor.

**What do you dislike about POPcomms?**

There’s really not much to dislike. If anything, we’d just love to see how far we can continue to push the platform. It’s already become an integral part of our trade show setup, and our sales team doesn’t want to walk away from it.

**What problems is POPcomms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POPcomms solves the challenge of presenting over 480 products and multiple contracts in a clear and engaging way within the tight constraints of a trade show booth. It helps us eliminate the clutter of printed materials while still giving visitors access to everything they need. It has made our booth more dynamic, our conversations more productive, and the overall experience more impressive for potential buyers.

**What do you like best about POPcomms?**

We love the level of customization that POPcomms offers. As a museum, it's crucial that our interactive experiences are unique and aligned with our educational goals. POPcomms allowed us to tailor our exhibitions with engaging, immersive elements that resonate with a wide age range of visitors, especially younger audiences. It's also user-friendly, which makes it easy for our team to manage and update the content.

**What do you dislike about POPcomms?**

While the platform is excellent for creating custom experiences, it would be great if it had more features specifically designed for museums and visitor centers. More tailored tools for building educational content and fostering awareness would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is POPcomms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POPcomms helped us modernize our exhibitions by incorporating interactive elements that draw visitors in and enhance engagement. While we don't have hard metrics, the feedback from our visitors has been very positive. The platform allowed us to bring our educational concepts to life, creating immersive experiences that deepen visitor interaction with the content.

What I like best about POPcomms is the autonomy it provides to customize and manage content while still having a supportive team to back me up. The platform allows me to create engaging, interactive experiences that impress both clients and internal stakeholders. The reliability and robust support from the POPcomms team ensure that everything runs smoothly, especially during high-stakes events like trade shows.

**What do you dislike about POPcomms?**

There isn’t much to dislike about POPcomms. If anything, it takes a bit of time to get familiar with all the features and the interface, but once you do, the possibilities are impressive. The learning curve is well worth it for the customization and control you gain.

**What problems is POPcomms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

POPcomms solves our problem of outdated and unreliable software that failed to meet our needs. It has transformed how we present our value at trade shows. The platform’s reliability, ease of updates, and the ability to customize content have provided peace of mind and enhanced our overall engagement with clients and stakeholders.
