**What do you like best about Pomelo Health?**

The self-serve software to change up the outgoing message is so easy to use and is very handy to have the ability to have access to.  This software is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Pomelo Health?**

Currently not able to add a new provider on my own.  Need to email a request to add a name to coordinate with a provider's schedule.  Also, would be helpful to be able to use a client's chosen name as noted, as an alternative to their legal name in the reminder messaging.

**What problems is Pomelo Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a very easy and intuitive program to use.  The main benefit noticed is that I can edit the content of the outgoing reminder messaging to suit the needs of the business.
