The volume question in the post is the right one, but there&#39;s a second dimension worth adding: who&#39;s leaving those reviews. Tresorit&#39;s financial-services-heavy base and Virtru&#39;s healthcare-heavy base are both reviewer pools operating under real regulatory pressure, HIPAA audits, financial exams, who have more reason to flag a genuine security gap than a general buyer would. A rating built mostly from regulated-industry reviewers probably carries more weight per review than the same score from a general audience, which matters more than raw review count when the question is specifically about earning trust from security-literate buyers.
