**What do you like best about PlentyMarkets?**

You can use it in many ways, that is awesome. As its a common software for marketplace solutions it has his advantages. Also the support is working awesome via Plenty forum. I received responses within one hour which is great. They have a bunch of option you can choose to customize your settings (which also can be too much as we experienced) You also receive updates about many changes via Plenty Forum, seems like the developers are doing a great job.

**What do you dislike about PlentyMarkets?**

There are plenty bugs I have experienced, but the most annoying thing is that you get used to save adjustments several times. Because I had the issue, that saving a change only once sometimes did not worked. Also it would be great to be able to trigger much events by yourself instead via support. 
We had some problems facing mappings of field values and also with naming our fields, as some characters were not allowed without a reason. I guess its fixed meanwhile but took us days to solve those issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering PlentyMarkets:**

It can be a great tool but be aware that you need someone who has knowledge about this software. They are also offering premium memberships which are worth it. Helped us to integrate various markets. 

**What problems is PlentyMarkets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving our multichannel approach to get into various marketplaces with our products. plentymarkets therefore solves the main problem we are facing: Integration our shop solution with different marketplaces.
