Platformly is perfect because it always you to save time. It offers many features in one tool: marketing automations, emails, forms... and more. On top of that it has many integrations with other tools! The other great thing is support. This is important to me. I don't like having to wait to long for support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI/UX is not optimal. It's very minimalist and sometimes too minimalist. Especially for the email builder. Sometimes it's difficult to find things in the tool. Most of it is great, but some features could need more polishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I signed-up after doing a lot of research on the market, and I've been testing Platform.ly for the past 6 months or so, and I really love it!

So far I've found the app perfect to my needs and great value.

The support in my experience has been great. Customer service stays in touch and is very responsive when called upon.

There is not much to dislike, but I would like to see a more polished user interface, some of the templates look outdated

I don't like some parts of the UI, which has fonts too small for users who don't have good eyesight, like me.

I would like to see more direct integrations.

I found the tour on each page unnecessary. They should provide an option to ignore all help pop-ups.

A business can see through the overview all contacts and can choose any contact to see the detail history and associations with them. The data in CRM is automatically update don real time basis.

• Tracking links- The all in one Platformly tool is the perfect command center for campaign management. The functions of seamless tracking, interactions of users, sales and growth and everything in between.

• Marketing Automation- Turning cold traffic into event driven channels and making them personalized for better experience. The automation is seamless process without writing a single code.

• Lead Capture – Through platformly’s lead capture function one can use easy to customize drag and drop down interface to make campaigns launch immediately. There are customer acquisition functions, behavior analysis based opt in forms and much more to make the tool function in proactive way.

• Analytics and reports – All the business tracking data can be easily accessed through real time analytics and insights dashboard. A stiff learning curve is there to begin with. Also the landing page builder needs more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It integrated seamlessly e-mail automation, opt-in forms and landing pages, with reports and stats for everything. If you want a simple package for all your automation needs, you can't go wrong here. There might be other solutions but this one works.

The documentation is good and covers what you need to know, and if you're lost, support is helpful and responsive.

I quite enjoy having an end to end solution that starts with linktracking for incoming traffic, over marketing automation to the reporting in form of business dashboards. In addition platformly comes with an CRM to keep track of your client/prospect base so you don´t have to integrate it with an external CRM provider (but you certainly could). In addition, I like that the platform is build with connectivity and third party integration in mind, so you can hook it up with pretty much any tool as long as it supports Webhooks. The strength of tying to cover everything is, in my opinion, the platforms weakness. It makes the setup and onboarding process a bit daunting. The platform has also it´s weakpoints in regards to the landingpagebuilder, which will become obvious if you worked with best in class builders like Elementor before. We've had more than 10000 customers with whom we experienced a lot of communication issues because all of them were stored in a radom order, never were updated, sometime we sent not relevant messages to not relevant people. Actually, we've not seen a simple way to identify which contacts are engaged with our product and which ones are not. It was a difficult time. After trying Platformly, everything changed, now we are using segments and tags, which helps us to send the right messages to the right person. Also, we use lead scoring, which shows us "hot" and "cold" contacts and allows us to customize messages accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the email automation, link tracking, and the mini CRM feature. Because of this, I am able to send personalized emails and follow-ups easily. Webhooks and Zapier integration are so helpful, especially, when I am connecting with different apps.

What I dislike with platformly is their email builder because it’s not intuitive. Their templates are not quite good.

So, in order for me to create a wonderful email newsletter, I need to code it from scratch. It takes a lot of time, especially when you are solopreneur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it combines all the pieces needed for email marketing automation. Opt-in forms, Landing pages, email, templates, tags, automation. And the best part is the CRM which is one of the best I've seen for this type of application. I would've like to have more flexibility in customizing the op-in forms. And more templates. I would've liked more landing page templates being added with time but this seems to be a much lower priority for the platform founders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
