The best part about the Platformly is that you see the big picture of how your business is performing in real time. You can generate leads, onboard new customers, track the channels that generate revenue for you, nurture leads, personalize messages and automate your marketing stuff.

If you run a small business, having Platformly is like having extra people on your stuff (but this is much cheaper). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using Platformly for less than a year, and it already helped me to solve many business problems I had. Analyzing data is much more comfortable with Platformly dashboards (I created custom widgets on my dashboards that show how the business is performing). I have a full picture of my clients with Rich Profiles that helps me talk directly to an individual customer rather than a group of people. What do you like best about Platformly?

I love how powerful and intuitive the Platformly is. Their marketing automation functionality works seamlessly with CRM.

Moreover, having business dashboards, landing pages, optin forms, contact database, link tracking, and email marketing tools under one roof means I don't have to pay for 5+ more subscriptions. What do you dislike about Platformly?

When I started using Platformly, the UI was a bit confusing, and I was missing some onboarding videos and trainings. As I see, the team improved it now, the UI looks more user-friendly and they continuously adding new learning sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Platformly allows to structure all of the marketing campaigns with ease in one interface. Contacts segmentation provides a clean method to sort between buyers, leads and cold users who all need to receive different messages depending on the stage of their customer journey.

I use a lot of automations for different purposes (optins, newsletter subscriptions, etc). The integration of CRM and marketing automation service which Platformly provides is the best solution for us at the moment since we can easily segment (using CRM) and later reach out (using automations) all of our leads and customers.
