What stands out most to our team is Platformly’s consolidated all-in-one architecture. Before adopting it, we had to juggle several separate tools for lead tracking, email outreach and customer relationship management, which created unnecessary friction. Having all core functions in one place lets us oversee leads and ongoing marketing campaigns directly from a single dashboard. The interface is intuitive, so new team members get up to speed quickly without lengthy training. Its native data protections also align fully with Germany’s GDPR rules, a non-negotiable for our operations. Paired with reliable third-party connectivity, it cuts down manual data entry and keeps our daily workflows running smoothly for our mid-sized team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Platformly? Platformly handles our day-to-day marketing and CRM tasks reliably, but there are areas that could use improvement. The custom reporting functionality is fairly basic, so we struggle to pull detailed, tailored analytics for in-depth campaign audits. Setting up sophisticated automation sequences also isn’t very straightforward, and our staff often spend extra time fine-tuning complex rules. On occasion, a handful of integrations experience minor connection delays during peak usage. We’d welcome more customization options and performance tweaks in future releases. We previously dealt with siloed customer data and fragmented marketing workflows across multiple tools. Platformly brings all these processes together, eliminating redundant manual work and unifying our lead management and automation pipelines. Its built-in reporting gives us actionable visibility into campaign results, while its security framework keeps all user data compliant with local data regulations. Platformly has many features, you can almost do everything (optin-pages, e-mail sending, e-mail list, reporting, opt-in forms, additional fields for contacts, you can setup tracking links) fair pricing for a small company (it will adjust to the amount of stored receipients that you have) you can integrate with many other systems very easily (eg. sociamonials, jotform, emailListverify, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, pinterest, zapier, upviral, leadsbridge, hyperise, etc.) very easy to import your current list of subscribers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Platformly? it is very complicated at the beginning (you will have steep learning curve) Sometimes the software is rather slow.
