The provided Java SDK is noticeably outdated, paired with sparse technical documentation that slows down any bespoke backend integrations we build. Additionally, the platform’s audit trail exports cannot be customized to match the specific GDPR reporting formats German enterprise regulators require, forcing my compliance teammates to manually reformat every log set before official reviews. What I enjoy most about Platformly is how well it fits our small IT team’s daily needs. Instead of relying on several separate programs for tasks and team coordination, everything I need lives in one place. The layout is simple and easy to get used to, so I can jump in and start working right away without extra training. I use it daily to keep track of ongoing work, manage internal digital processes, and stay aligned with my team. Being able to view project progress at a glance makes routine IT administration much less stressful. At times, the platform runs a little slow, especially when I pull up older task history or have several tabs open at once. These small delays add up during busy workdays. I also wish there were more pre-made templates for common workflows. As an IT admin, I handle a lot of repeated processes, but there aren’t many ready-to-use options for our industry. I like Platformly's robust contact segmentation and automated email sequencing. The contact tagging system is extremely practical, allowing me to categorize subscribers into different groups such as advertising partners, website readers, and prospective business collaborators. This makes it easy to filter engaged respondents for follow-up interviews. The drip campaign builder stands out as well, offering a way to send polite automated reminders to those who opened the email but didn't complete the questionnaire, which significantly improves survey completion rates. I also appreciate the clean campaign dashboard that clearly displays open rates, click numbers leading to CreateSurvey, and participation statistics, making it easy to compare performance across different audience segments. What do you dislike about Platformly? The email template editor in Platformly is severely limited when it comes to custom design flexibility. There is no drag-and-drop layout builder whatsoever. Every image placement, text block adjustment and brand styling has to be done manually through raw HTML code. Without a visual editing mode, even minor formatting tweaks take far more time than necessary. This limitation forces me to spend extra time refining layouts, cutting into the hours I should dedicate to reviewing CreateSurvey results and planning media cooperation strategies. Unfortunately, there is no native integration between Platformly and CreateSurvey. After respondents submit their feedback on CreateSurvey, I have to download all responses as CSV files separately and manually match the email data against my Platformly contact list. I really enjoy the email marketing automation that this tool provides. its value for money and easy to use. it has CRM and majority of integrations. it Simplifies and automates our entire leads, sales and marketing system. The biggest benefit for me is the fact that it is an all-in-one service and saves me a lot of tasks that used to take me a long time. Competitive price. Good software and very complete. It has a somewhat difficult learning curve, it is a bit complicated to understand. I have used MailChimp and ConvertKit and both were great but lacked a lot of the features offered by Platformly (e.g. CRM). We use it to get real-time dashboard data, growth management, and user interaction tracking. With Platform.ly, we can save several hours of work each week, and use this valuable time to focus on spending time with our clients and further growing our agency. The only downside we found was that there is no phone number only import support for contacts (email is always required). This is a feature that would work great with phone call tracking software. The tool would save us even more time if contacts were automatically imported after placing an incoming phone call from a call tracking service via a webhook or zap.
