I have been using it for almost a year, and I'm delighted with the software, they are continually improving the platform, it became user-friendly, easy to navigate, everything is super intuitive. The support team is responsive; there are videos, tutorials and help articles that explain step by step how to launch first automation, how to segment the list, etc. I've synced up Platformly with my option forms and payment processor, and I love that I can create automated workflow sequences based on segments, tags, and triggers. You can use Platformly as a CRM to - it's effortless to use, you can see all information about your clients in a real-time (email opens, clicks, interactions, etc.). **What do you dislike about Platformly?** I think it still takes a bit of time figuring out if you have never used similar software before. It's not that hard. These can be a standard welcome letter as well as a narrow cart abandonment sequence consisted of multiple coherent emails with different intervals, convincing a user to make a purchase. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Nothing on their end. As a SaaS owner, I wish I had more time to implement all of the features available in Platformly. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** I highly recommend Platformly for all your client management needs. It has made my life easier and organized. **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to the implementation of Platformly, we have been able to double the volume of the clients we manage while making our processes more consistent and professional. They listen and take action. The guys do a great job in terms of development and support. It seems that they are rolling out new features every month (I receive emails from them and read their blog). The visual campaign builder makes it's easy to build incredibly robust, automated marketing sequences. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** The platform may be to complex for an average user who's not dedicated to taking the time learning more about how to maximize the Platformly's potential. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** If you run a small business, having Platformly is like having extra people on your stuff (but this is much cheaper). **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Platformly for less than a year, and it already helped me to solve many business problems I had. Analyzing data is much more comfortable with Platformly dashboards (I created custom widgets on my dashboards that show how the business is performing). I have a full picture of my clients with Rich Profiles that helps me talk directly to an individual customer rather than a group of people. Contacts segmentation provides a clean method to sort between buyers, leads and cold users who all need to receive different messages depending on the stage of their customer journey. I use a lot of automations for different purposes (optins, newsletter subscriptions, etc). The integration of CRM and marketing automation service which Platformly provides is the best solution for us at the moment since we can easily segment (using CRM) and later reach out (using automations) all of our leads and customers. ### 44.
