In addition, the real-time campaign analytics keep our DACH-region B2B outreach agile and results-focused, aligning perfectly with our goals to scale SaaS and IT service lead generation efficiently. It cuts down our reliance on disjointed tools, making outreach efficient and directly supporting our goal of boosting qualified lead volume for the company. Platformly’s unified features fit our DACH B2B lead generation needs well, and its compatibility with HubSpot and Kaspr made migration smooth, significantly streamlining our daily marketing operations. First, the DACH-region localization is limited—email templates and language settings lack fully polished German options, which creates extra work for our local outreach campaigns. Second, the reporting dashboards have limited customization. We can’t build tailored funnel reports aligned with our B2B lead KPIs, so we still need to cross-reference data with HubSpot. I like that I don't need to pay for 10+ different marketing software products. Platform.ly has so many features so I canceled my previous subscription for Mailchimp, Optinmonster, Geckoboard, and Click.org. All of the business processes I can manage from a single place. The customer support team is amazing. We have created a lot of customization on the site and connected to other platforms via Zapier. Looking after customers without any actual work, sounds too good to be true, just set up some automations that can help make this a reality. Slight issues with formatting of the email templates a good work around is creating the templates externally but obviously have the inbuilt editor improved would be a much better outcome in the long run. Automated advice for clients, with a few well placed relevant upsells included in this process. Lead capture using landing pages to be either used or for client benefit again providing an additional revenue stream to the business, while keeping prospective clients nicely stored and allowing for automated follow up that can help me further qualify the leads in question. I use Platformly for their marketing automation features. You are able to set up email templates that use custom field and then strategically send them out via simple or visual workflows based on a variety of triggers such as adding users to segments or tagging them. The other part is the integrations, between zapier, webhooks, or the native integrations they have with tools like Convertful, you can update and create records to have them automatically trigger the automations. One last thing I like is that you can use their default email gateway which they manage for deliverability or you can use your own custom email gateway. I like the option and you can have some emails go out either way you want depending on the use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Platformly? They are trying to do too much, because they also offer landing pages and html email builder and form builder and link tracking and sales ecommerce reports they spread their dev time across a lot of different things. I really just want to focus on the email automation part of the product. All the other pieces are functional and work, but in my case, I like to use a best of breed product for my landing pages, forms, etc, and then integrate with Platformly.
