What do you like best about Platformly?

I like that I'm able to track the sales I've made from each customer on my lists. I also like that it integrates with alot of the marketing automation tools I use such as Upviral and Convertbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

to have 1 environment where i can easily manage all my user tracking on the website and form there build segments of users based on their needs that i can followup with the right emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Platformly?

great support, unique features, I trusted and am happy with the choice.

what I appreciate is the ability to work on multiple brands in order to keep work spaces separate.

you can start with a light system and then add pieces of functionality that show you to improve the results as you become more experienced in using the platform.

What do you dislike about Platformly?

not useful for newbie that start in funnel marketing. I think it would be useful to add video tutorials and a guide that shows step by step how to best use all the features

at first glance the control panel may seem complex, then when you get familiar with the controls, everything works fine. Emails have become a rather abused way of communicating so I expect that in the future, more communication channels will be added such as sms, whatsapp, messenger, telegram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we are using platformly app for collecting email addresses, send newsletters, and create custom workflows for automatic interactions with customers.

I was able to gain new contacts with potential customers, also thanks to a nurturing campaign with valuable information. it also works very well to awaken customers who are no longer active
