"The most flexible and complete software that adapts to my company."

What do you like best about Platformax?

This system is a complete platform that I like to use, since it allows me to integrate it with other software in order to have a flexible and complete tool, I like its interface very much since it is very clean and friendly, that allows me to manage it without having much knowledge. However, it is recommended to go through the training process provided by this system in order to exploit all the functions that this system has.

This program allows me to solve the assignment of tasks of each team, as well as allowing them to have direct contact with each client, through the use of electronic mail. This system provides some very useful functions that allow to know the possible sales opportunities, which other systems do not show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Platformax?

Something that reports to the technical support team is that this system from time to time arise errors that cause discomfort during the operation. For the moment, the support team promised me that they are looking for a solution to the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Platformax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to this system, we have been able to overcome many obstacles that did not allow us to grow as a company, helping us to be focused and committed to the achievement of daily, monthly and annual objectives.

This system has also allowed us to share information with the work team and in turn integrate everyone thanks to its communication method.

Without a doubt, being able to have a software like Platformax is a great support for my business, it has so many useful functions that I would not finish counting all its benefits that have helped us grow and be efficient in our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
