One of the best things about this software is it is highly secure and safe to use. About competitors, there has been quite a large number of competitors in booking and appointment software, but still, this software has a good reach among the businesses. **What do you dislike about Equinox Booking?** There is nothing like that which is least helpful, but upgradation is very much necessary when it is going to be used in the long run. Technical support can be made better with voice-based support rather than email support. The software can be improved with additional integrations and supported platforms. When I used Equinox, it was not user-friendly but it might have improved now.
