I speak to owners or Sales VPs of privately held midsize companies. It is completely self-sufficient once you set it up, also easy. The AI email methodology is genius; I hired them because I was intrigued to answer a cold email to me, something I never do. It provides extensive information about the company with links to the individual's website, email and LI profile. I would say 75-80% or more of the people who set meetings attended them. The service automatically follows up with those who don't. I find it extraordinary. I have had about 60 high quality meetings with months of follow-up to go that I believe will be productive. Many proposals coming along. Paid for itself in about 6 weeks. Long-term ROI I expect will be high.Considering these were cold emails and I sell a relativey big ticket, sales take awhile to complete. But I have a long healthy pipeline now just from meetings, not to mention people who responded to the email but did not book a meeting, I asked to have the platform available after my contract was complete, and they promptly made it available for 30 days. I had a 3-month contract, whivh I did not renew for now because I have so many projects in the works plus a big pipeline. All I can handle for now, but I will be back in a few months. **What do you dislike about Cockpit AI?** Occasionally the AI agents get really squirrelly on what they promise that I can do for them. This was infrequent, and the customer support response was prompt and effective. Their app is consistently booking on top of existing meetings and times when I am scheduled out of the office. They do not sufficiently engage the user to create interest. Many about 75% do not keep the meeting. Emails they send, allude to the potential client that we have done business with big names that we have not done business with. After investing several thousand dollars with their team. Recently they converted me from a flat fee per month to charging based on number of people who open emails, and number of people who chat with the bot and number of people who book. In comparison to Email shots which do not get opened or intrusive phone or other types of calls, Kalendar AI presentations can capture targets' attention to your message with visual and non-personal interaction. If you win, you get a Zoom meeting with a prospective customer, if you lose nothing is lost. Kalendar AI is easy to set up, you can choose your target profiles by keywords and generate interest in your product or service by one-liners. You can add GIFs or Memes to catch and retain the target's attention and get him/her to complete the presentation and evince interest to ask for a Zoom meeting with you. Thereafter it is entirely up to you! The demo was impressive so we signed up. However, they were super shady about us canceling. We told them we want to cancel our subscription as it is a month-to-month contract and we saw zero results, they offered us a free month to keep trying, so we agreed. **What do you dislike about Cockpit AI?** When we tried to cancel we were promised a free month to see if it could work for us. At the end of that month, we realized they charged us for that "free" month. We told them, that last month was supposed to be free since that's what we were promised and they just told us "sorry, we didn't mark it, the best we can do is refund you half". They denied the conversation ever happened. I did not imagine we needed that conversation in writing. As you can imagine we are pretty annoyed with them. Not only did their technology not work, but on top of that, they essentially stole money from us by promising a free month to try their product - which we didn't even want to do in the first place. **What problems is Cockpit AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not much, the idea of their technology is very cool but their execution isn't quite there yet.
