As we are a manufacturing industry, any time sales person from the field gets a sales deal, SalesIn helps us maintain inventory and update our software, and manages other things like raw material, etc., which makes it always easy for a salesperson to check about availability of ready to dispatch the product and able to quote timeline to manufacture. Offline access is most helpful feature we got. **What do you dislike about SalesIn?** If I talk about dislike, SlaesIn maintains data very efficiently, and any authorized person can easily give information to anyone for deception. This gets us in trouble if it's a competitor and needs a clear image of our product and vendors with prices. **What problems is SalesIn solving and how is that benefiting you?** SalesIn is a big problem solver with time-saving, transparency, sales management, Inventory management, payments integrations and many more. It's a single software for every organization with sales or service-related works. As a manufacturing industry, it benefits us in many ways, like every time we don't need to wait till evening for punching orders to dispatch. Any authorized person can create the sales order in the system anytime via phone or tabs. It integrates payments online and easy to maintain accounts. ### 2. Also, gives a 14-day free trial which helps in understanding the cost to benefit of buying the subscription pack. **What do you dislike about SalesIn?** The deployment is available on Mac and iPhone (Apple store) but not on Android which is a major setback since Android users are in a large population in the country that I am working in right now (India). Hence, I should be able to download and use it from the Google Play store as well. Also, currently, there are no training videos available instead only documentation for training is provided. It will be easier to understand the working through tutorial videos. **What problems is SalesIn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Packed with top class easy-to-use features for Contact Management, Content Delivery, Lead Management, and Meeting Management. They also offer great customer service in implementation.
