Price for sending packages was reasonable and thought the product had potential Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Technology was super buggy. Tried to send an international package and the system simply wouldn't' get past an obvious step so I could print.
And their customer support is the opposite of helpful. I've currently been spending weeks trying to get my cancel my account. But instead of them closing my account, I get cryptic ticket responses like "The memo raised in ticket for the invoice XYZ has been cleared with the invoice ABC." And then they just close my ticket. I'm starting to doubt they even have humans providing support and if they do, they're definitely not humans that communicate in English regularity.
Avoid PB at all costs, because it will cost you when they just keep charging your account month after month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
