"Secure and Scalable Connection for Critical Infrastructures"
5/5
What do you like best about CoreSite?

I like the stability of CoreSite's service, which allows us to maintain stable infrastructure and connect different services, as well as the ease of scaling capacity and connectivity with different cloud providers, enabling us to grow without making significant changes to the existing infrastructure. I value the orderly implementation and technical support they provide, as well as continuous monitoring. I find the availability reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation important, as well as the incident tracking that can be done. CoreSite has helped us manage private connections with servers like AWS and Azure through Open Cloud Exchange, to centralize connectivity, manage bandwidth, and simplify the hybrid environment. The ability to manage virtual connections and monitor cloud connectivity is especially useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreSite?

Okay, so look, some changes I would propose is that it would be cool, it would be, or I would like them to simplify the management interface a bit more, and for there to be greater clarity in the costs when scaling capacity. It would also be useful to have more customizable reports and analytics. Okay, so look, from the reports, I would need more detailed ones. Okay? Of usage, bandwidth, latency, availability and uptime, as well as incidents per period and capacity utilization. I also find it useful to be able to compare these metrics by month, to identify trends and anticipate when we need to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
