What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What I like best about Pipedrive is how easy it is to manage multiple pipelines at the same time. It gives me a clear visual overview of where every deal, task, or workflow sits, making it simple to prioritize work and keep things moving efficiently. I also appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly it is, allowing me to quickly track progress, stay organized, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Being able to manage multiple streams of work in one place helps me stay productive and maintain strong oversight across different priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

One thing I dislike about Pipedrive is that you can't link a single email to multiple deals. If an email conversation is relevant to more than one opportunity, you're forced to choose just one deal or manually duplicate information across deals. This can make it harder to maintain a complete communication history, especially when the same client discussion impacts multiple deals at the same time. It creates extra admin work and increases the risk of important information being missed or stored inconsistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pipedrive has been a gamechanger for us."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The visual pipeline is the standout — dragging deals through stages makes the whole sales process easy to see at a glance, and it's genuinely simple to set up without needing an admin or consultant. Custom fields like lead source tracking let us understand where our best deals actually come from, and the activity reminders mean nothing slips through the cracks. It's also easy enough that a small team adopts it without a fight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Reporting and dashboards feel a bit basic once you want to slice the data more than a few ways. We've ended up building our own reports outside the tool to get the view we want. Some of the better automation and insights sit behind higher price tiers, so costs climb as you grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and adaptive CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

This is by far the best CRM I've used. The pipeline page is super clean and easy to understand where deals sit at a glance.

Tasks make it easy to stay on top of deals and reminders of random follow ups for existing clients.

Reports are easy to pull.

Custom fields are again easy and nice to have.

The search bar! search for ANYTHING with it, not limited to titles or names. and if you can't find something, you can ADD it as a new person/organization for example.

We've been using it for many years and impressed at all the changes and improvements we see. This team obviously loves their product and wants to improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Hard to come up with things I don't like about pipe drive.. I cannot think of a time where I was annoyed using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"UX friendly, intuitive CRM anyone can learn"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

As someone who's only used Salesforce in past positions, Pipedrive is a breath of fresh air. The UI is modern and easy on the eyes, pulling reports is intuitive and the interface is easy to pick up on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

It's been difficult to get quick answers for questions. Our account manager is great but it's difficult to book time with them (I have to find an old email with a link to a calendar to find time). Also, unless you have full admin rights it can be hard to do something simple like a free trial of a new feature (you have to request access, admin has to approve, and then admin has to go into user settings and enable the feature). Also, the business card scanning feature in the app has been a neat additional to try, but it desperately needs upgrades (we submitted feedback through our account manager). After you scan the lead and hit save, it takes you back to the main Pipedrive screen and you have to search to find where it went. You also can't tag it to a specific campaign. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

API Direct Fields that allow easy integration with other software, Flexibility for how you set-up your fields, job deal displays, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The Lack of a Boolean Automated Check-List that can be applied to different stages in the pipeline is super critical to stop jobs from continuing down sales funnel without correct documentation. Fields are hard blockers that you can require, but the actual task lists of calling a homeowner, emailing, follow-up, notes, other than data fields is all optional. "Reliable pipeline backbone — would love deeper AI integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive works well as the single source of truth for a fairly complex, multi-stage B2B outreach pipeline. The stage structure is flexible enough to model a real sales cycle with multiple contacts per company, filtering and segmentation make it easy to see exactly where every deal stands, and CSV/XLSX exports are clean and reliable when we need to cross-reference deal data in other tools for reporting or automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The biggest gap for us is native integration with AI assistants. We currently manage a lot of our outreach workflow by exporting Pipedrive data and manually cross-referencing it with email threads in a separate AI tool — a first-party MCP connector or richer API support for AI agents to read/update deal stages, log notes, and flag stale deals directly would save a lot of manual syncing. It's also hard to see, at a glance, the true "last outbound touch" on a deal when multiple team members are working the same account, since activity is spread across individual logs rather than surfaced clearly at the deal level. More granular fields for tracking cycle position (e.g., which contact and which touch number a deal is on) would also reduce the need to encode that info into stage names. "I really love working with Pipedrive!"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The visual pipeline and activity-based selling logic are by far the best features. It keeps sales reps focused on the next concrete action rather than getting lost in administrative overhead. The UI is exceptionally clean, intuitive, and quick to adopt for teams that previously relied on spreadsheets or complicated ERPs. Automated follow-up triggers, seamless two-way email sync, and clear stage visibility give management an immediate, realistic picture of pipeline health and deal velocity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

While it handles core B2B sales stages flawlessly, advanced reporting and deep cross-pipeline analytics can feel somewhat limited unless you are on the highest tier. Handling complex multi-product quotes or multi-tier pricing often requires third-party add-ons rather than out-of-the-box functionality. Also, the native marketing and campaign tools are relatively basic compared to dedicated outbound/marketing automation platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Integration, Easy Setup, and Competitive Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Ease of use from start to finish, especially since it integrates smoothly with our already existing tracking software. We haven’t run into any performance issues so far. The setup process was also well supported by our rep, who helped confirm pricing and accounts before we even got off the call.

Pricing was competitive and better than anything else we reviewed. I haven’t had a chance to use any of the AI smart tools yet, but I’m confident it will work for us too, given how well everything else has gone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Haven't run across anything yet that has been an issue for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I am manager of the entire company."
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love Pipedrive and everything except things described below. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I am absolutely disappointed in the fact that Pipedrive is not allowing me to set up 1 specific timezone for all users in the entire company. My team is multi national and everyone has own timezone. When a user outside of the US is adding an activity past midnight his own time, then my reports show this data in the future! Because we operate in the US. I hate this and this is one of the features that I am going to look for in CRM when my company grows bigger.

I am not a programmer and such. However I was able to learn how to set up Pipedrive myself over the years. Right now I have a lot of automations that work. But some of them fail from time to time, so now I am afraid that if I change something the work process will be hurt, so I accept the fate and I reactivate automations from time to time so they are not deactivated while the work process. I wish Pipedrive had a separate team that would log in to my account and make it all work. Right now Pipedrive only can have an online call where managers guide me. But what I have can't be fixed in 1 hour, it takes a lot more time and knowledge.

Everything else is nice and I love Pipedrive's feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pipedrive has been my go to for seven years!"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love Pipedrive because it’s simple and intuitive to use, while still being powerful enough to do everything I need. They’re constantly improving the platform and adding useful new features without making it feel more complicated or overwhelming. It’s a great balance of functionality and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I wish the email functionality within Pipedrive were a little more robust. I use it as my primary email client, so I’d love to see more of the features you’d typically find in a dedicated email app, such as access to spam, the ability to create custom folders for organizing and archiving emails, Better inbox rules/filters and attachment management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
