I had a deeply frustrating experience with Pietra’s fulfillment services, especially during the holiday season. Despite placing orders well in advance, many customers didn’t receive their products on time, resulting in countless complaints, poor reviews, and heartbreaking stories—like a father whose daughter had no gifts due to unshipped orders.
Over months, I raised concerns about recurring issues, including incorrect orders, missing shipments, and excessive delays (up to 41 days). Despite assurances, the problems only worsened. The lack of accountability and assistance in resolving these issues has been devastating for my small business.
After spending $10k to move my inventory, I’ve decided to cut ties entirely. I strongly advise other small businesses to avoid Pietra if reliable fulfillment is critical to their operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
