What do you like best about Pierview?

What do you dislike about Pierview?

The reporting features work well, but I wish there were more customizable export options available. There are times when I need to extract particular data points for client presentations, and having greater flexibility in report formatting would really help me save time. The feature we find most valuable is the brand mention tracking across AI platforms. It shows exactly where our brand is being referenced and how often, which helps us adjust our content and messaging based on real data. The competitor comparison is also very practical, as it highlights where others are getting visibility that we’re missing.

Most tools only track Google rankings, but Pierview tells me exactly how often my brand is being mentioned in answers generated by models like ChatGPT and Perplexity. The 'Citation Gap' feature is also a game-changer—it shows me exactly which sources the AI models trust, so I know where to focus my PR and content efforts to get better visibility.
