My clients like the form in which the training is presented as well as the current issues it makes them aware of. Having a product that is with the times and keeping them apprised of issues they may see is very important. Sessions are short, sweet, and to the point which keeps users engaged. My customers love the product compared to everything else they have ever used. Getting a short sessions every two weeks keeps the training relevant to them and on the top of their brain. If phished expanded to trainings on other topics than just security training to things like ITAR or HIPAA we would sign up for that too. Getting support is easy if even its ever needed. The setup script to implement and integrate for new clients so that I can rapidly deploy to 365 tenants makes it even more enjoyable from a technical perspective. **What do you dislike about Phished?** The only negative thing I could say about Phished has nothing to do with the product as it is perfect. My negative comment is having to pay for the product via international wire transfer through the bank which is obnoxious.
