## Phished Reviews
 ### 1. Effective Cybersecurity Training with Minor Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I like that the trainings are interactive and have been refreshed very recently to include very recent topics. I appreciate that they require users to stay engaged, preventing videos from just running in the background. The content covers very relevant topics, avoiding outdated advice like 'make a strong password,' and instead focuses on real-world attacks. They provide actionable insights for spotting attacks and identifying false information.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Terminology about setting up academies and simulations can be a bit confusing. Also, it isn't possible to manually assign spot trainings to someone. Setting up numerous different templates for each training session and level is challenging and almost makes it unusable for creating custom templates. It would be simpler if custom templates could apply across all different trainings and levels.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Phished for phishing resilience testing, cybersecurity training, and phishing simulations to enhance our team's ability to detect and resist phishing attacks.

 ### 2. Creating awareness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The sessions create awareness, not only work-related but also for personal use.
Although not all sessions are always relevant (for example, not everyone understands how HR works), they are always informative and the principles can be applied in other situations as well.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

It's not always clear how the BSR is calculated. And, personally, I don't always want to wait 21 days for the next session.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users are more aware of phishing attempts or suspicious mails. Most threats are now stopped before they will have a serious impact.
Some even point out differences in what they learn in their sessions, compared to how we handle things within our company and ask questions.
This helps us to make changes internally and creates "good-will" towards those changes.

 ### 3. Phished takes your cybersecurity to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederic D. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Regular training using harmless phishing attacks ensures that you remain alert in the area of security awareness. In addition, the Security Awareness Training Academy offers valuable insights that not only increase your awareness of the physical cybersecurity of everyone who enters the building, but also teach you how to identify threats on your own home workstation. This tool offers undeniable added value for an organisation's overall cybersecurity, as the human factor often poses the greatest risk in cybersecurity.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The training sessions take a little longer than the estimated time they show (but then again, I may be a slow reader)

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Security Awareness Training Academy offers valuable insights that not only increase your awareness of the physical cybersecurity of everyone who enters the building, but also teach you how to identify threats on your own home workstation. ### 4. Phished: has truly been a game changer for me as a manager and for my teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liesbet C. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished has truly made me realize the dangers of cybersecurity and confronted me with them. Otherwise, I would never have had that awareness. Therefore, it has become a must-have for me to maintain this level of alertness in the way of working within our company through Phished.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

To speak of a downside, I wouldn't say immediately. What is characteristic of a disruptive company like Phished is that change management is very important, and sometimes you run into your limits there. However, Phished also has an answer to this, as they have experience with this 'pain' within the company and have the right methodology to support and guide you as a client through it.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The awareness of cybersecurity and its dangers. Before Phished, I lived in a naive and unaware world where, sooner or later, something would go wrong. With Phished, you become, in a way, an armed soldier in the world of cybersecurity.

 ### 5. Promising "Next-Gen" InfoSec Training/Phishing Simulation Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek K. | Sr. Manager, Information Security & IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The Phished.io platform is looking to shake up the phishing simulation landscape, by auto-generating phishing simulation content, autonomously scheduling phishing campaigns on a custom cadence, and assigning individual behavioral risk scores based on individual interactions with the service. There is no more setting reminders or tasks to send out manual campaigns anymore, and it's ease of use make it an almost set it and forget it solutions for meeting contractual and compliance requirements in this area.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

• The UI/UX needs some attention, as the interface feels clunky for being a "new-age" training platform.
• Some attention to integration work would be appreciated, as implementation of the tool with Google Workspace and Okta took longer than expected to get the platform operational
• Additionally, customer support was unable to assist me in resolving why direct message injection (DMI) wasn't working for us and we defaulted to SMTP (which calls for some ongoing maintenance)
• The built in administrative phishing analysis feature remains manual and not all that helpful in analyzing non-simulated phishing emails
• It does what it needs to do, but I feel like an early adopter of the platform

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phished is meeting our needs for providing ongoing email phishing campaigns in order to train our personnel on how to identify and report suspicious emails. This is helping my workforce to become more aware of and knowing what to do when they get something in their inbox that appears sus.

 ### 6. Practical, Realistic Simulations and Clear Guidance—Great for Teams of Any Size

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elmira Y. | Automation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I like Phished because it is straightforward and very practical. The simulations feel realistic, the lessons are not too long. When i fail a simulation the follow-up guidance is clear, it explains exactly what went wrong and I get the simple steps to avoid the same mistake in the future. As for the upsides of using Phished I would put fast measurable tool in awareness, clear and short training modules, scalable and repeatable where it works for any size of the team, whether the team consists of 10 or 500 people.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Phished is very cloud-centric. If your organization needs downloadable or offline modules for companies with restricted internet access the options might be limited.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve become much more alert with emails/messages in my inbox or any other social media platforms. Phished really helped me stop the habit of clicking on things without checking first. The trainings keep me up to date on current threats and make me more careful with how I handle information.

 ### 7. A quick tool for DPO's to help with cyber awareness training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liezl S. | Data Protection Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

As a Data Protection Officer, I often find it challenging to maintain employee engagement and momentum around cyber awareness and hygiene. Phished addresses this by offering a gamified training platform, combining realistic simulations with the Phished Academy and its diverse features. This approach motivates employees to improve their 'BRS' (risk score) and encourages healthy competition to achieve better results. Additionally, the training sessions and threat alerts are designed to be concise and engaging, avoiding repetition or boredom. The platform’s user-friendly experience also makes implementation straightforward, requiring minimal effort from our team.

We have been using Phished for several years, and the overall experience across the company has been very positive.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I honestly can't find anything I genuinely dislike about Phished. Whenever our company notices something that could be improved or feels that something is missing, we share our feedback, and the team always takes it seriously. They actively collaborate with us to see how they can address our requests.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating our team about cyber awareness and ensuring they grasp the significance of good cyber hygiene and data privacy protection is essential. As the DPO of Bringme, I find that this tool simplifies my responsibilities, as it allows me to provide effective training to our team without requiring a significant time investment.

 ### 8. Concise and Effective Trainings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc G. | Distribution and Product Asset Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The trainings are concise and straightforward, so they are easy to put into practice without taking up much time. The simulated phishing emails keep me alert to possible risks and motivate me to check my emails more thoroughly. As a result, I now consider the risk factor with every email I get, making this something I use daily. It is simple to integrate into your work environment, and their customer support is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I don't like that reminders are automatically stopped after I ignore them a few times.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training employees to protect both customer and company data from cyber criminals is essential. This approach not only lowers the risk of financial fraud and identity theft, but also reinforces customer trust through the implementation of effective security measures. Additionally, it supports call centers in meeting data protection regulations.

 ### 9. Comprehensive Security Training Made Easy and Insightful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I appreciate that Phished provides a thorough educational experience about security, helping me reduce the chances of making mistakes that could lead to security issues. It offers a well-structured, step-by-step learning process, allowing me to gradually become more aware of various threats and how to handle them effectively. The ease of spending just a few minutes every few weeks to learn about possible threats is very convenient. I find it extremely valuable that Phished introduces topics I was previously unfamiliar with and gives practical suggestions on how to tackle these security threats. The guides on safely using smartphones and understanding different types of phishing are particularly insightful, alongside the well-considered module on discussing security with children. The initial setup was also very easy, which adds to the software’s user-friendliness.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I think the phishing simulation emails are sent out a bit too often. Maybe that is fine the first couple of times but once you have received a number of them, they shouldn't be coming in nearly every week, in my opinion.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching me relevant and up to date content about security at a reasonable pace.

 ### 10. Empowering, Practical Security Training—Quick, Relevant, and Easy to Fit Into Your Schedule

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe W. | Helpcenter Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

What I appreciate most about Phised is its practical, hands-on approach to teaching online security and phishing prevention. The material is straightforward yet comprehensive, offering both theoretical background and real-world examples of phishing techniques. It’s evident that Phised keeps its content current with the latest threats, which makes it especially relevant and valuable.

The most helpful feature of Phised is its detailed training on how to recognize phishing attempts and understand the strategies attackers use. The platform excels at explaining not just how to identify phishing, but also why certain behaviors or requests should be considered suspicious. This insight has made it much easier for me to avoid falling for scams and to assist others in staying secure.

A major benefit of using Phised is the sense of empowerment it provides. The platform goes beyond simply teaching about phishing; it also gives you practical tools to respond effectively. The flexibility of its online courses, which can be completed at your own pace, is another significant advantage. Whether for personal or professional development, Phised offers a solid foundation in cybersecurity.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that I tend to postpone the training due to other priorities. However, after receiving reminders, I realize that the courses actually only take a few minutes to complete. Another minor point is that advanced users might find some topics a bit basic. But overall, these are small drawbacks compared to the platform’s value.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phised addresses the growing threat of phishing and online security risks by providing practical, easy-to-understand training. It helps me identify and prevent phishing attempts, which significantly reduces the chances of falling victim to cyberattacks. By gaining a deeper understanding of phishing tactics, I’m more confident in both personal and professional online safety. It benefits me by keeping my online activities secure and empowering me to protect others from similar threats.

 ### 11. Intuitive Interface and Quick Setup, Perfect for Cybersecurity Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob V.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I have been using Phished for about a year for cybersecurity awareness training, and it constantly keeps me informed about new threats and data leaks that I might be exposed to. I love its intuitive interface, which makes navigating through the platform effortlessly and enhances my overall user experience. The lessons provided by Phished are impressive because they are compact and well-spaced out, allowing for a more manageable and less overwhelming learning process. The setup process was easy and completely handled by the Phished itself, which lowered the barrier for implementation and integration into my workflow. Overall, these aspects collectively contribute to a smooth and efficient training experience.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I find it problematic that more of the lessons are not made available at the start and are instead drip-fed over the course of weeks.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Phished for cybersecurity awareness training, which keeps me alert to new threats and data leaks. Its intuitive interface and compact, well-spaced lessons enhance my learning experience.

 ### 12. Effective, Realistic Phishing Tests That Keep Teams Vigilant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George B. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished is excellent at keeping people alert by providing straightforward, realistic phishing tests along with brief lessons. This approach makes everyone much more difficult to deceive, all without requiring much additional effort.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

One drawback is that it can become somewhat tiring for employees, and it still requires a certain amount of setup and ongoing attention. It won't resolve every issue by itself unless the company remains actively involved in managing it.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phished addresses the challenge of employees succumbing to cyber threats by increasing their awareness, which in turn reduces incidents caused by human error. This makes your organisation more resilient, all while requiring minimal additional effort.

 ### 13. How an IT novice experiences the Phished Academy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I work as an HR specialist so phishing and cybercrime is not my area of expertise.
The software really does increase your awareness. Before, I wasn't so aware to this extent of the potential pitfalls. The content of the training courses is realistic, easy to understand and can be implemented in your work context. But the Phished Academy not only helps me to be cyber resilient at work, but also in my private life.

In addition to the training courses in the academy, you also regularly receive short articles to warn you about current phishing scams or how to better secure your personal accounts on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn so that your data is not used without your consent after an update.

The platform also sends phishing simulations to your mailbox. These are much more realistic and personalised than those I have seen in other training courses in the past. Because you receive these phishing emails on a regular basis, you remain constantly on your guard against phishing, unlike when you have to take a mandatory training course on the subject once a year.

Finally, you can choose from an extensive list of apps and software that you use and receive specific tips and tricks to better secure them.

In short, I would recommend the platform to everyone! For me, it's a real game changer.

Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

For me the only downside is I can only follow a short training session every 11 days.
I wish it were sooner so I would be able to reach the gold level sooner. However, I do understand the training platform was intentionally set up in this way to make cyber resilience a daily habit.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its making sure all my accounts are secured. Not only my business accounts but also f.e. my linkedin and facebookpage.
Its training me to recognize all sorts of possible phishing attempts with realistic simulations to keep my on my toes.
I am also more critical about sharing personal information. Previously, I didn't question it, but now I do. If I think an organization is requesting too much personal data, I ask them why they need it or I simply don't provide it.

 ### 14. Really good but i do have some questions i would like answered

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I like the interaction, i like how it is completed in small chunks, i like how it gets my guys talking, i like how it gets them competitive

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Don't like how the scores fluctuate, don't like how some employees click a lot more than others and they don't get penalty's which leads me to think they do not actually know what a simulation is, i would like to see factual info on the national and global scores to see how we are actually doing on our score of 76.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is making my guys aware of the cyber security world of threats and helps me keep my staff safe, our clients more comfortable and makes us more vigilant

 ### 15. Good Platform, but with some growing pains

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

They keep improving when it comes to training options, and the simulations are good in some cases. The platform is very automated which saves time for IT.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

A lot of things are being actively developed, and that can sometimes make the product a bit buggy. In our experience, support has also been slow at times. Phishing simulations can be very hit or miss.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security awareness training and phishing simulations that help improve our security posture while also meeting compliance requirements.

 ### 16. This tool keeps your focus on the general problems with phishing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The training sessions show that there are sometimes other things we don't know about and that we need to focus our attention on.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Aversion is a strong word, but managing the phishing tool is not always easy, as it sometimes requires a lot of tinkering on the part of the administrator. For example, the use of APIs.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to make it clearer to users what can happen with regard to phishing and what they may not always consider.

 ### 17. Revolutionizing Cybersecurity Training with Engaging, Effective Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Cybersecurity awareness platform that sets a new benchmark for human risk management. It doesn’t just simulate phishing — it empowers organizations to transform their employees into a true first line of defense. With its intelligent, automated phishing simulations, personalized learning journeys, and powerful analytics, Phished.io makes security training engaging, measurable, and effective.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Some users might find the interface slightly overwhelming at first due to the wide range of available customization options. However, this minor learning curve tends to fade quickly as teams become familiar with the platform’s depth and flexibility.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For an organization, this translates into fewer successful phishing attempts, stronger overall security culture, and lower operational risk.
For users, it builds real-world confidence in spotting and handling threats — turning potential weak links into active defenders.

 ### 18. Not your average cybersec training - finally something relevant and fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished is not you're typical security awareness training that annoys employees with irrelevant, boring training sessions and no-brain simulations. Instead, the platform offers a holistic approach by combining phishing simulations (bi-weekly), frequent training sessions, cyber hygiene practices, threat alerts and a behavioral risk score (that tracks your progress). It's all very interactive, fun and relevant. Everything is fully automated - so no effort for our IT team and no disruptions in our workflow - just some friendly reminders to follow that 5-minute training session.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I really like the solution - so nothing to complain about actually.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe people are increasingly conscious of the risks present in the online world. It's no longer just about avoiding accidental clicks in suspicious emails; it's also about securing our apps and devices, and staying vigilant for emerging threats.

 ### 19. Short, Effective Training with Engaging Phishing Simulations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Els D. | Junior Advisor Accountancy & Tax, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I think the training sessions are short and useful, plus I really like the phishing simulations they send to your inbox. It is also not a one-time thing, you get training sessions about every two week, to keep your knowledge up to date/

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I actually don't dislike anything. I would dislike it if it took a lot of time, but it doesn't.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phishing is problem that could have potential devastating effects on myself or the company. With their practical tips, I feel much better suited to don't fall into phishing traps.

 ### 20. Engaging, Educational Trainings That Make Cybersecurity Tangible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristien D. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

What I truly value about Phished is the way it brings cybersecurity to life. The training sessions, along with the feedback provided after a misclick, are both clear and informative. It genuinely feels like you are learning and making progress.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The trainings are so thoughtfully designed that they genuinely inspire you to begin the next one even earlier than you had intended.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the realistic simulations and immediate feedback, I have developed the habit of pausing and reflecting. This is exactly the kind of behavioral change we need.

 ### 21. Effortless Setup and Fresh Content, But Reporting Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens B. | System and network administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

For the most part, it's a set-and-forget experience. The content is updated frequently, which helps keep the simulations relevant.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The reporting capabilities still need improvement and are not quite where they should be yet.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution addresses the weakest link in security: people, who, unlike other defense layers, are often not focused on cybersecurity. Phished simplifies the process of training employees and helps ensure they remain alert at all times. As a result, people have become much more vigilant!

 ### 22. It's a helpful tool, but we lack the flexibility to filter by months or periods

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Ability to measure individually, locational, per department and as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The filter options are limited; for example, when I select a specific location, I can only view BRS, phishing, and academy data by last year, last month, or last week. However, reports usually allow more flexibility in choosing the time period, which helps measure specific months or period.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped to solve departments. But we would appreciate it if there is flexibility in selecting period.

 ### 23. Short and engaging cybersecurity trainings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The Academy training sessions are concise and engaging, taking just a few minutes to complete, which makes them easy to fit into my workday without causing any interruptions. The simulations provided by Phished have made me much more aware of common cyber threats. Since I started using the platform, I find myself thinking twice before clicking on links or attachments, and I have successfully identified several real phishing attempts.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

There really isn't much that I dislike. However, if I had to pick something, it would be the fact that you have to wait a week or two before you can begin the next training session. This waiting period sometimes interferes with my curiosity and eagerness to continue ;).

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phished has helped our entire company become more aware of cyber threats, teaching us how to recognize and handle them effectively. The platform also offers advice on securing all the apps and devices you use, ensuring that you stay protected not just at work, but also in your personal life.

 ### 24. Simplified and Effective Cybersecurity Training with Phished

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas T. | Business Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

I really like how Phished uses automatic phishing campaigns that are very realistic and tailored to the context of my company. This allows for effective training of my employees. The initial setup of Phished was very simple to implement, and I benefited from the remarkable support of Phished's Customer Success Manager teams for its successful integration into my company.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

I love the Phished solution

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Phished to train my teams on cybersecurity, which prevents problematic intrusions and improves our skills. The automated phishing campaigns are realistic, using contexts specific to our company.

 ### 25. Clear Trainings and Intuitive Platform Make Learning Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dieter C. | Legal Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The trainings are very clear and concise. The platform itself also feels very intuitive for users.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The training sessions have waiting periods before you can start the next one.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phished helps train my reactions to sketchy e-mails that might be phishing attempts. This has also helped me with real phishing attempts, as I now double check al e-mails before responding/interacting, even for known parties.

 ### 26. Absolutely Love This Software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

 ### 33. Excellent product at a great price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | President & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The whole product is great. My clients like the form in which the training is presented as well as the current issues it makes them aware of. Having a product that is with the times and keeping them apprised of issues they may see is very important. Sessions are short, sweet, and to the point which keeps users engaged. My customers love the product compared to everything else they have ever used. Getting a short sessions every two weeks keeps the training relevant to them and on the top of their brain. If phished expanded to trainings on other topics than just security training to things like ITAR or HIPAA we would sign up for that too. Getting support is easy if even its ever needed. The setup script to implement and integrate for new clients so that I can rapidly deploy to 365 tenants makes it even more enjoyable from a technical perspective.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The only negative thing I could say about Phished has nothing to do with the product as it is perfect. My negative comment is having to pay for the product via international wire transfer through the bank which is obnoxious. Getting a US bank or ACH capability would speed up payments and make sure they are on time for me.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping my clients informed on current security threats posed to their business making it less likely that I will have to respond to a breach of data.

 ### 34. Does everything you expect it to, and then some!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza J. | IT Security Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished.IO offers an intuitive and automated approach to security awareness training, making it easy to test and educate employees on phishing threats. The AI-driven simulations are realistic, and the platform provides valuable analytics to assess risk levels. The user interface is easy to understand, and implementation is both simple and time-efficient, allowing organizations to get started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

While the platform is highly effective, the biggest drawback is the limited export options for reports, as currently, they are only available in JSON or CSS. Expanding this to include formats like PDF or Excel would significantly improve usability.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phished.IO is a great tool for security awareness, effectively educating users through its Academy and automated simulations. As someone who used to create phishing campaigns manually, this platform has significantly reduced the effort and time spent on configuration, whitelisting, and data entry. It streamlines the entire process, making phishing awareness training more efficient and impactful.

 ### 35. One of the best UA Platform you can use for your company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Cyber Security Engineer - Systems Technician Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished is a perfect match for our organization with its cutting-edge phishing simulations, tailored training modules, and analytics-based capabilities.

Aside from that, Phished has the most realistic and dynamic phishing simulations with artificial intelligence that mimic the cyberattacks of today. Through this, our workers get exposed to real-world-like phishing in a simulated way. The simulations are dynamic in nature and have the capacity to adapt as a function of the behavior of the users, thereby maximizing their effect through targeted attacks that exploit our vulnerabilities. Due to this, our workers stay ever-vigilant and sufficiently prepared for real-world attacks.

Unlike other generic UA platforms, Phished provides individually tailored learning paths to the employee that take into account the employee's level of skill. Furthermore, users also have personal feedback and micro-learning modules to address the unique vulnerability of the employee available to them through the Academy Portal. Doing so automatically not only decreases the administrative burden of our IT staff, but also ensures that the employee becomes more aware of cybersecurity in a concrete and measurable way.

End-to-end analytics by Phished help us track user interaction, identify risk locations, and track improvement over a period of time. Through real-time dashboards and reports, we're able to derive actionable insights into the security posture of our organisation. Data-driven insights provide the ability to make confident decisions, respond proactively, and demonstrate compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Moreover, the intuitive interface imposes minimal disruption to typical operations: The easy integration accelerates deployment and enhances user acceptance, ultimately leading to a more security-aware culture.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The control dashboard lacks sufficient documentation, making it challenging to navigate and utilise all features effectively. Improved documentation could assist administrators in fully leveraging the platform but they are working on improving it.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of cyber hygiene in employees. Improve the companies resilience being more secure. Helps my customers with compliance such as NIS2, GDPR, etc.

 ### 39. Exceptional Security Awareness and Vigilance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens P. | IT Support Engineer & Cyber Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Excellent Customer Support and Easy Implementation: The customer support is top-notch, and the implementation process is straightforward and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

The reporting was not always that clear or missed a few things. The good part is that it was countered by creating a PowerBi template for ease of use.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling potentially dangerous emails is now hassle-free thanks to the sandbox environment, which seamlessly integrates with Outlook. This integration allows us to retrieve all header information in a single screen, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.

 ### 41. AI assisted Phishing campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David F. | Head of Information Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

The phishing simulations in Phished really make it easy. It automatically schedules campaigns for you and ensures that your users don't all get the same email at the same time (unless you want it too). The AI assistant makes it really easy to produce effective custom tests and their is also a library of templates if that is your preference.
The cyber training works on the basis of micro learnings meaning that your users get training little and often. You can also customise the curriculum or create your own.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Sometimes the documentation lags behind the new functional releases but this has improved recently.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular topical cyber training in a format that doesn't disrupt our users day to day work. Threat updates and applications security tips are also useful.
We've also seen a large drop in users falling for phishing attacks, which of course is still the number one attack vector for cyber criminals.

 ### 42. Game changing and user friendly!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raphael K. | Finance & Administration Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Phished?**

Phished has supported a step change in my organisation when it comes to awareness of cyber security issues. The combination of phishing simulations and micro learnings works really well and the user interface is easy to use. The results data is easy to interpret, and the customer support is useful and quick. The installation and whitelisting instructions were easy for our IT guys to follow. This meant that set up was smooth and it was easily integrated with our Microsoft 365 environment.

**What do you dislike about Phished?**

Some of the add-on workstream (such as the boosters) are a bit confusing to administer and risk overkill of information for staff. Some of the micro learning under the 'silver scheme' become a bit too technical for some of our staff, causing them to lose interest.

**What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to strengthen the average users' ability to identify and react to malicious threats such as phishing.

Tuning Phished requires a certain level of expertise. This means that without the guidance of a specialist, you might not get the full value out of the platform.
New features are added regularly and also require a new look at the setup.
