There is no more setting reminders or tasks to send out manual campaigns anymore, and it's ease of use make it an almost set it and forget it solutions for meeting contractual and compliance requirements in this area. **What do you dislike about Phished?** • The UI/UX needs some attention, as the interface feels clunky for being a "new-age" training platform. • Some attention to integration work would be appreciated, as implementation of the tool with Google Workspace and Okta took longer than expected to get the platform operational • Additionally, customer support was unable to assist me in resolving why direct message injection (DMI) wasn't working for us and we defaulted to SMTP (which calls for some ongoing maintenance) • The built in administrative phishing analysis feature remains manual and not all that helpful in analyzing non-simulated phishing emails • It does what it needs to do, but I feel like an early adopter of the platform **What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phished is meeting our needs for providing ongoing email phishing campaigns in order to train our personnel on how to identify and report suspicious emails. There is also many domains that help minimise users mesmerising which domains come from Phished.IO The nature of the automated phishing settings allow the cyber team to remain rather hands off with the running of the toolset. Phishing emails are scheduled to be sent to users at random intervals throughout the month. The academy provides the training element side of the toolset which has three tiers full of content and is complimented by "threat reports", tailored advice for devices and apps, and a breach checker where users can check their email addresses. The helpdesk time if you need support is very responsive and helpful, and the documentation guidance is very thorough that can take you all the way through setup and breakdown of features. The reporting functions can help your organisation build up it's Human Firewall, allowing users to report simulated phishing emails as well as real threats that can be investigated by your IT team. The dashboard and reports on data and analytics about how your company is performing can break down into multiple different categories, with a variety of out of the box pie charts, bar graphs, etc. Your overall company performance is measured by your Behavioural Risk Score (BRS) which is measured out of 100 points. **What do you dislike about Phished?** Sometimes the training content within the Phished Academy can be subjective or open to opinion by users, and also not all of the content can be relevant to your particular organisation setup or country that you live in. **What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strengthening our own Human Firewall and providing a way to track progression of our users journey in becoming more savvy to threats in their inboxes. ### 9. Forget that one Phishing mail from your IT department that will be circulated in the team immediately. Every user of the company get's his/her own Phishing simulations with increasing difficulty depending on his reporting behavior and training participation. The amount of tweaks possible is great, but you can also just let it run in "auto-mode". We were proactive contacted by Phished after a year of usage to improve our usage. Especially the "random" sending of phishing emails is great. This way, employees cannot inform each other when an email arrives. **What do you dislike about Phished?** The plugin in Outlook slows down Outlook by a few seconds. This happens when starting up and processing phishing emails. That's why we don't use it so intensively yet. **What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we always conducted the phishing tests ourselves. This took an enormous amount of time to plan repeatedly. With Phished, we can use this time for other purposes. ### 35.
