I also like how the phishing simulation works and the feedback it provides a recipient if they report a simulation as "phishing". The "Threats" is also a good aspect of the program where the latest news about threats is available for users to read. **What do you dislike about Phished?** We've been using Phished for about 2 years now and I have a lot of frustrations with the product. The continual training is supposed to build up the employee's knowledge, but for a majority of our users, it quickly goes into details and specifics they will never deal with, instead of continually reinforcing the basics. As well, many of the sessions cover subjects that do not apply to our business. On top of that, the system strongly suggests that training takes place at least every 3 weeks. If you take it to 4 weeks, it prominently displays your academy health at "Unhealthy". The user interface has a lot of frustrating aspects as well. Many of the features I use every day, like checking on who may have failed a phishing simulation, take several clicks to find instead of being readily available. There are graphs that won't display fully on the screen, forcing you to scroll side-to-side, regardless of your browser settings. I also wish that any failure of a phishing simulation would immediately reported to me (Webroot had this feature) instead of my having dig into the reporting every day to see who may have failed. Their remediation feature is limited and doesn't allow any escalation for users that fail more than once. The "Threats" title should be called something else like "News Alerts". Many users have been confused with the name and have avoided going in. There is also many domains that help minimise users mesmerising which domains come from Phished.IO The nature of the automated phishing settings allow the cyber team to remain rather hands off with the running of the toolset. Phishing emails are scheduled to be sent to users at random intervals throughout the month. The academy provides the training element side of the toolset which has three tiers full of content and is complimented by "threat reports", tailored advice for devices and apps, and a breach checker where users can check their email addresses. The helpdesk time if you need support is very responsive and helpful, and the documentation guidance is very thorough that can take you all the way through setup and breakdown of features. The reporting functions can help your organisation build up it's Human Firewall, allowing users to report simulated phishing emails as well as real threats that can be investigated by your IT team. The dashboard and reports on data and analytics about how your company is performing can break down into multiple different categories, with a variety of out of the box pie charts, bar graphs, etc. Your overall company performance is measured by your Behavioural Risk Score (BRS) which is measured out of 100 points. **What do you dislike about Phished?** Sometimes the training content within the Phished Academy can be subjective or open to opinion by users, and also not all of the content can be relevant to your particular organisation setup or country that you live in. **What problems is Phished solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strengthening our own Human Firewall and providing a way to track progression of our users journey in becoming more savvy to threats in their inboxes. ### 10. Next to the training, staff gets send automated phishing simulations. They can easily report these using a built in phished button in Outlook. Every user and the organisation in general get a score, so you can compare your results with other companies as well. **What do you dislike about Phished?** Every time you add a new user, it brings down you overall score, because someone starts from 0 again. The amount of tweaks possible is great, but you can also just let it run in "auto-mode". We were proactive contacted by Phished after a year of usage to improve our usage.
