Since we started using Periskope, it’s like a weight has been lifted. **What do you dislike about Periskope?** Periskope is a great tool overall, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing many WhatsApp numbers or large group chats. Also, while the features are powerful, it can take a little time to fully get used to all the options and settings. A few more in-app tips or tutorials could make onboarding even smoother. Despite these minor points, the platform is still extremely valuable and has made a huge difference in managing our client communications. **What problems is Periskope solving and how is that benefiting you?** The way it turns missed calls into tickets automatically has been a total game-changer. Now, we never miss following up with a client, even if they just call and hang up.
