What do you like best about Periskope?

Before Periskope, managing WhatsApp for our client communications was a nightmare—messages getting lost, missed calls going unnoticed, and keeping track of everything felt impossible. Since we started using Periskope, it’s like a weight has been lifted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Periskope?

Periskope is a great tool overall, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered when managing many WhatsApp numbers or large group chats. Also, while the features are powerful, it can take a little time to fully get used to all the options and settings. A few more in-app tips or tutorials could make onboarding even smoother.

What do you like best about Periskope?

Our biggest challenge has been managing customer issues on WhatsApp groups. We have 800+ groups and ~20 people managing queries on the same. Periskope has helped us centralise customer support in one place.
