I love the customer service reps. They are so freindly each time I have called. **What do you dislike about Perfect Patients?** I don't like that we can not edit our own website. We have to consult perfect patients and they do it for us. **What problems is Perfect Patients solving and how is that benefiting you?** We we are solving many issues and using one company. However, the program is so easy to use that it only takes a minute to do. **Recommendations to others considering Perfect Patients:** Highly recommend for patient retention and patient information. Easy to use program with awesome features! **What problems is Perfect Patients solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems.
