I like how easy Pendo is to use and I love that it can retroactively tell me things about component usage. Knowing how many users interact with certain components helps me make decisions about their importance and usability. I also like what you're doing with the new AI feature for net new companies, and it would be great to have those features available for large enterprise clients like us, especially auto-tagging and dashboards that surface vital information. I like the ability to easily create segments and create reports with Pendo. What do you dislike about Pendo? The actual graphs for Pendo exports. I have to manually type out each of the benchmark numbers for line charts and it takes me hours. I wish there were also more graphs available. Kind of easy. Was very overwhelming being one of the first products to implement this in my company. Felt like I needed to study Pendo on the side. The retroactive tagging feature is particularly convenient because it allows me to tag features after the fact and access data from when a feature wasn't correctly tagged. Governance is a challenge, especially in terms of knowing who owns what and who changed what. It feels disorganized, like the 'far west.'
