What do you like best?
Great number of reusable/ OOTB components giving less effort on development but still flexible for complex business requirements. They also have a good customer service for their product issue and concern. Their training courses are also accessible online which is a good one given the expensive cost when you have an onsite training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Exclusivity of reference information. Pega has its own developer site where they share helpful information as well as the developers however to access it, you have to be a member of their client/ partner which is a challenge when you are a freelance/ disengaged with those.
