**What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The support I receive from the various teams at PayPro is my favorite part of the system and service.  The HRIS team is very reponsive and willing to do get on a video call to work through my issue or quesiton.  The payroll team is the best with very fast reply times when I need it most and the tax team has solved our biggest problem of know which taxes we need to be set up for and alerting us to new ones when aplicable.  We have employees in 29 different states so this is what saves my sanity.  We came from the ADP call center level of service and the difference a dedictaed team of support personnel has helped our process from HR to benefits to payroll has been a game changer.  On top of being reliable and helpful they are also freindly!!

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The continued updates lose me occassionally but luckily the support team is alwasy available to get me up to speed.

**What problems is Paypro Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until we started with PayPro our part time employees completed and scanned their paper time sheets, now they are able to complete them online.  Also, prior to PayPro our on-boarding and new hire paperwork was done via email and attachments that new hires would have to print out, complete and return via email.  Paypro enables all of the paperwork to be completed right on the platform in an easy to use process.

The assitance provided with the tax functions has been the biggest problem solver for us.  They help ensure that we are set up and registered for all of the payroll taxes we should be and they file and follow up with the agencies if there are questions or problems.

**What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The customer service. Anytime I need any help our module reps are always ready and willing to help. You never have to wait or have a hard time getting in touch. They are right there available to us in a prompt manner. While training and onboarding they also were beyond helpful and VERY personal. The training experience was great. 
The website is also such an ease to use! You can make any custom report you would like with the click of a button. The payroll process is very straight forward and easy to use. Makes processing quick & easy with little room for error.

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

Ongoing training. We have a new HR employee and shes had a tough time learning the system and finding videos on the system without having to pay for training sessions.

Also the security of entering a code every 7 days for employees is so excessive. We have employees that do not even have cell phones. Very inconvenient

**What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?**

As a small business with very complicated reporting, under 50 employees across ten states, Paypro has been able to create processes and reports that support our unique needs. I have been impressed with the fact that we have dedicated customer service folks, as that has not been my experience with other companies, given our small size.
I am listed as the administrator as I can only choose one category, but I am also the primary user of the system

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The downside I have found is that there are some errors and changes in reporting that I need made that cannot be completed as they are not a priority for UKG. This is the only place I have found a lack of communication in regular updates.

**What problems is Paypro Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time as we just implemented open enrollment and onboarding.
WE are currently moving soem forms to Paypro and they will be available for employeees directly in the system and I will no longer be emailing forms to employees.

**What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The ability  to change settings for very specific reports is wonderful. There was so much hands on assistance when we began implementation and all of our questions were answered. Even though we only use PayPro Workforce One for payroll processing every other week, it an easy process.

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

Our PTO accruals still have not been set up correctly, regardless of the multiple attempts at correcting issues. There have been meetings with the VP of Customer Service that have still left our PTO balances out of where they should be which is very frustrating.

**What problems is Paypro Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, we have had ongoing issues since implementation that still have not been solved. We were expecting a product that would largely remove us from the payroll process but that is not what we received, all PayPro is doing for us is processing the payroll taxes.

For me, the best part of Workforce is that I can process our payroll in less than half the time that it took me with our previous company.  The process is seemless.  If there is ever an issue, the team at Paypro is always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

The only downfall is that it is sometimes hard to get someone on the phone.  The staff will respond quickly though.

We are able to track our employees PTO usage easily with Workforce.  We also use the service for our insurance plans.  Which makes it easier since everything is in one place.

The interface, the reporting features and our rep (Susan G.) is fantastic! Susan is available for any items that come up and always provide solutions. Overall the software is very robust.

I dislike the timeout feature which logs me off after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Paypro Workforce provides an organized system for a complex payroll process involving several employee types and two payroll files each cycle. In addition, WF1 is helping me be more productive.

I feel that pay pro reports aren't that helpful, and I often have to create my own. Also, many times our teammates are getting the erro message "account information invalid" when trying to login, but their username and password is correct.

The system is very customizable and can handle a great variety of company structures and policies. The customer service reps are generally knowledgeable and helpful. The reporting is relatively easy to customize and makes it easy to export data to Excel.

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

As with any such large system, there is a great deal of complexity, so the learning curve is high for initial users. Also, as with all software, there are occasional updates which can change features of the system in ways which are sometimes subtle and not always obvious.

Tracks all of our employees' time worked, time off and accruals, vital information, payroll, etc. Makes is fairly easy to create custom reports to answer a variety of business questions.

I enjoy my representatives on both the payroll and timekeeping sides. All three are easy to work with, patient, and respectful whenever we seek help. They have always been responsive and consistent.

Feel limited in areas that we would like to be able to do more, whether it's a lack of a report we could use for particular info or troubles with timesheets because of the accrual setting limitations.

We are a small business and don't have time to handle all of this internally. The staff at paypro is very easy to work with and does a lot of it for us. We like that they are experts and have answers to our questions. Very comfortable using them

We use almost all of the various modules and love that they are integrated.  The customer care and support teams are fantastic.  We like that they are a local company and that we have a dedicated rep and we know the whole team.

**What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?**

Many times we are told by our CSR that we are the only client using this or that function.  The bugs may not have been worked out yet, and/or the program itself is not user friendly.  We just don't like the software they use.

Keeping all of our data integrated and in one place.

Hands down, the customer service! I have worked with order vendors/platforms in the past and the responsiveness was not the same as I receive by the Paypro team.

I don't dislike anything, but with every platform, there can be room for improvement, I find there can be minimal nuances with the set up of profiles, workflows, etc., but the team is always helpful and respond quickly to find a solution.

They are helping us to create a seamless onboarding experience, we use Paypro for our HR and Payroll needs.

The implementation team worked tireless hours to get us to the LIVE date.  We have a lot of rules and policies which they were able to have built into our platform.  Now that we are active, the daily team ensures our answers and problems are resolved expeditiously.

We have challenged some constraints due to Workforce Ready rules, although we have found workarounds with Paypro's assistance.

One-stop shopping for all your payroll and benefits, they are 100% paperless, and the Employees' see their total benefits cost on each pay statements, YTD totals included.

It is not the easiest system to navigate, but, the results are worth it.

Paypro Workforce Management helped us with specific reporting needs, added our benefit plans and could accommodate our many general ledger nuances.  The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to meet our quirky needs.  All processes can be automated and tweaked to our specific needs.  The benefit here is one-stop shopping that generates the necessary general ledger coding and reports needed to streamline necessary payroll audits and reporting.

Paypro does a great job at providing customer service. Our dedicated representative quickly responds to our questions. Issues are resolved professionally and efficiently. The software is easy to use on both the employee and administrative ends. Implementation of their latest platform was professionally managed and completed on time in 2021.

Payroll,TLM and Tax teams are always willing to provide timely, professional and courteous support. Very pleased with the support provided to me and other users. Would like to extend special thanks to Paulette Felician, Susan Cyr (payroll), Chris Smagla, Dawn Henderson (and other TLM staff), Dave Krol and Bernice (Tax Team) for their dedicated service.

System can be a little slow sometime - but I believe this can be a Cloud issue. Outreach from my in-house tech support and PayPro techs to can alleviate this.

Payroll calculation features are easy to use.   Kronos partnership with PayPro is a plus.  Additionally, benefit administration provides reporting capability and records employee benefit selection history.

Navigation of the software can be awkward.   There are many screens and sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for.

The downside is that we don't always get a live person when we call. Paypro staff is a heavily email-based company.  Sometimes you just want to speak to someone.

It also makes the  on boarding of employees simple. Despite having so many useful features it is also comes with an affordable price. It is mostly used for mid sized companies. It does time tracking. The customer care service is incredible and friendly.

The report builder needs to be easy. Issues occur while loging in the system. It is not intuitive. There are not many cons of Paypro as it is overall a great software.

Considering that Paypro Workforce is a very complex system, I think Paypro does an excellent job, making it adjustable, whenever possible, and also simplifying each process. The integration was extremely detailed and we also received detailed instructions, totaling screenshots. I cannot disregard details of anything, and I am satisfied with the functionality.
